Increase PC Muscle

Hi,

i have been doing Penis Enlargement for a while now and want to ask if there is a exercise which is stronger than the usual PC muscle Kegel workout on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], something where I can feel more strongly that my muscle is getting stronger and stronger.
