In which phase (time) you gained the most girth?

IN which phase did you guys gained the most girth. Sometimes i read about 1 inch girth in 1 month while clamping, and others 1 inch after 2 years. Whats the limiting factor here?
 
Phase 5 is the best girth phase in my opinion. Slow Squash Jelqs are simply incredible.
 
Gains are relative really. In other words, some guys gain fast up front and some guys gain sporadically over time. Most men are in the latter category vs the first. Also, nobody can predict how a guy will gain or when he will gain.
 
gains can be that way, I have seen guys who trained with a routine for months without gains and when they change to a new routine they magically gain. I say, if you are on a routine fore more than 5 weeks without gains it is time to step up intensity or change routine.
