I'm using it more now to deal with the guilt, regret and shame in my life. Things I have admitted to, wish I had done differently but can't move on. Society doesn't allow you easily sometimes, but by not blaming others which is so common, we can take full account for our actions which do have a ripple effect or the butterfly effect on others, the environment around us, its so immense and beyond explaining it, hopefully who reads this can visualize it like I can, one good thing about being autistic is being able to see things in my mind so clearly ..and I see when we are bad to others how that harms them, they ripple that out in some way for example they may be slightly annoyed and be late for appointment after seeing you, than the person who was at the appointment thinks that type of person is this and that, the people you meet, the environment its ALL interconnected, we are all interconnected and always have been, always will be, the universe is god to me, god is beyond words, god is so vast and great that us humans will never be able to fully know the true extent to the universe, its parallel universe, different dimensions, all gods doing .... why are we here? to make a positive change, alter our ways from past existences, become more stronger spiritually.
This only happens when you take full responsibility for your actions. Its damn hard, sometimes brutal. Its like the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester England back in 2017 right, the terrorist attack that killed so many. It wasn't her fault we know that, but it indirectly had something to do with her by those fans being present to see her, if she wasn't at the concert those fans would not have died, it could have been someone else, but that someone else wasn't destined to die yet, and its brutal, makes no sense at times why children die, but I can only trust that god has a plan, that they will be in heaven with god, or are reborn at some point in better lives to make a positive change to humanity ... even the killer I believe doesn't go to hell, but has to atone for his own evil doings with hardships, once overcome they to can start a fresh slate.
Its all about accountability, and too much today especially in the west, very much the perverted media (just see what they did to Meghan and Harry in the UK all the shit they wrote about them was disgusting) that get away with what they want, and blame others for it for example with Meghan and Harry, I choose that subject because its new in many minds, the royal family are being blamed for racism by the media and the media asking it allot, printing things like its the end of the royal family, when in actual fact Meghan said one royal family member asked about the babies skin color, how dark he may be which is in poor taste, but the media had printed so much more worse incl that she looked like a chimpanzee, but of course the media do what the hell they want and blame others for it by deflecting, well, that is why the true evil in this world is in my honest view, the media itself! not banks or money, but the media. They have no remorse, no feelings, just a monster wanting to consume anything in its path.
