Or maybe I will just be patient and buy the PenilMasterPro by end of September.

I'm just scared of hanging and I don't know why it is so. Totally different when you use a device that IS. I can get a Malehanger to Nigeria for either $76.00 for First Class Mail...1-3 weeks depending on local shipping efficiency, or $106 for Priority Mail International 6-10 business days.
