Progress thread I'm back in business with expressive stretching

Because of these very early starts, I'm knackered and cant get the late session in like in the past, but will instead in the week sessions condense it into 10 minutes ones over the 20 minute, leaving them for the weekend.

As you know, I dont do reps and sets, so the 10 minutes counts as allot of those, its long stretches held.

I certainly see a difference in my hang, when taking a leak in the day it just swings larger, like a fucking horse this morning I kid you not.

10 minutes inverse expressive stretches
Testicle massage
Finished off with a quick edging without ejaculating

Going good, erection was even stronger after the session.

It seems like once expressive stretches are done, something inside the body triggers a more intense erection.

Size looks good, erection appears that bit longer. Slowly getting there, it's working and I did this session tired but because of visual gains, it keeps you going, knowing it is working.

Been very busy lately with work, and not been at it daily, however, it's not damaged anything, my size is bigger .. both flaccid and erect are longer plus thicker near the base.

It's exactly as you put fourth Mike, the angle it hangs also slightly changes.

April 18th

30 minutes clamped edging around the whole package. Clearly looks longer and with that length the girth is more impressive.

All was good. Erections still consistent and solid, which got me thinking that it may be a sign when gains are happening.

Is it the body's way of clearing a path for new growth, certainly seems so because after these sessions my erections are crazy at night.

For me so far, this experience has been well worth it. I didn't expect it, sure I was positive, but it's something else when one-day your cock is actually longer in your hands.

Now we are talking no more than 1\4 inch at this point, from my estimate, but that is pretty damn good. That is progress, it comes slowly, if too much too soon say 3 inches that could be temporary, like fluid in pumping cases but this is solid gains at a steady rate.

Times now, honesty when I take a pee that it just hangs like a different dick. I have to slightly adjust my hand, it's finally after years of idleness started length again.
 
Awesome update Red! I’m glad you have a lot of work because that means you’re making money which is very important. I’m very proud of you for sticking with the routine even as your life has become more busy. I also really like the way you said “the body's way of clearing a path for new growth” this is a very deep and true statement that needs to be elaborated on. The body and mind connection is so important to you and me and I’m hoping this gets through to Brothers.
 
Certainly something very positive is happening to my dick. I get insane erections at night and lastnight I woke up with a waging boner and had to smash one off, it looked amazing. So thick and long. Its the bundled expressive stretches that has done it.

Last night again, solid boners. It's kinda like the regular boners I got when a late teen. I'm 37 now, my erections are great.
No problem getting solid, and since the expressive stretches, they get more frequently and hard.

Noticed that the base is definitely thicker, it's more pronounced the further inside I feel, deeper into the body.

My theory. Because penis is already available for us all internally, ready just to be brought forwards instead of actually creating new brand new tissue, this encouraging to bring it out with expressive stretching also targets both internal ligaments - suspensory and fundiform - which explains why the hang, appearance alters.

So, it continues on positive. I will get more sessions in during the working week but cut it to 20 minutes,which is still effective as this is long consecutive stretches rather than sets and reps.

Even noticed little stretch marks on the shaft, the bundled technique takes the stretch to another level by focusing the force internally into the portion being stretched.

Just get a piece of string or elastic band, pull it unbundled, than try bundled. Notice how the bundle focuses the forces on the part being stretched, imagine that as your dick.
 
Food for thought, its been said but the more I think about it the more it never makes sense. Stretching by, or underneath the glans like we all did or still do. It just IMHO limits you massively, gives additional strength to the septum which bridges the 3 penile chambers together, and hence makes it more difficult to get gains.

We get too obsessed with what we SEE ... the penis we SEE is external. Stretching from the glans just hits parts, its not fully effective. This is why so many variations, techniques, tips and tricks exist with fulcrums, exotic angles, and god knows what else to up the intensity levels.

Instead, just skip that shit and try expressive stretching using a lengthmaster. You pull the entire package through, bundle, and stretch. You take out the entire external penis. Its not needed to get gains period. In fact, expressive stretching is placing the most direct force into the internal penis, and suspensory + fundiform ligament that anything else could ever do.

Give it a crack, just try them and see how intense it is. You will be amazed, and your grip lasts longer because the head is out of the equation.

For me, this is stretching for the new generation.

I love expressive. I'm not to familiar with inverse expressive. But yeah red! From expressive pump stretching, to bundle expressive, it feels so good even, like the best stretch. Regular stretching it feels no where near as good. I need to go back on your thread to see how you expressive and inverse stretch. I mostly do pump expressive and A-stretches, BTC few others

If I understand correctly, this routine can only be done with a length master right?

I'm currently pumping for girth but I can use some length work advice. I only have the 2.5 diameter mityvac and I'm going for 7 inches girth.

Red, can you give me any intense length exercise that I can do?
 
with expressive stretching I don’t like the count I really go by time. So if I’m going to do expressive stretching I’ll give it 10 to 15 minutes that way I don’t have to waste time counting and I can take that time visualizing myself getting bigger and bigger. And since you have all the equipment you can try different methods and see what you like best. For me the most powerful expressive stretch would be low grip Lengthmaster bundled stretching. But you can also check out the bath mate hard-core stretches which also gives and incredible expressive stretch. And for anybody reading that does not have any tools you can do the manually by gripping at your base twist your penis and stretch from there.

@DLD, you said the most powerful expressive stretching would be low grip length master bundled stretching. Where onnthe shaft precisely are you referring to? Is it the extreme base very close to the balls? Please tell me, I want to start doing 20mins of it starting from tomorrow.

As low as possible. If doing bundled stretches you will need some room to stretch. But in most cases as low as possible

The extreme base it is. I feel the pull from the extreme base. Despite using the length master to make all my gains in the past, I've never felt any pulling or stretch force from the extreme base before. 40mins of this stretch should give me 1 inch in one year. I'm going to avoid the ruler as long as possible. I will do all measurements with my eyes only.

I'm currently doing your routine, the bundled expressive stretching with the length master. I first did it for 30 days and stopped for 1 month. I resumed again and did it for 37 days and stopped for about three weeks.

Now I've started doing it again since 9th of January.

I've seen some flaccid increased and also increase in base girth.
