NOTE: I changed the name for the reverse expressive stretches to inverse, because it wasn't a correct name to describe them, but what is being done is the opposite to the standard expressive, so inverse fits the bill.
All REVERSE stretches were INVERSE, and from this point on reverse is history
This session had its usual lovely intensity, and I can hold the stretches for longer with intensity over my earlier workouts.
For some reason, I was able to bundle really tight, seemed to be more tighter than usual, and you definitely notice that more internally with the inner stretch, so pay attention to this detail ... the bundle is really important, it essentially not only seems to do something to eliminate more skin stretch (how I see it anyway) by the corkscrew effect, but places the focus of the stress internally inside underneath the skin, and into the penis where its needed.
Anyone a virgin to bundled stretches, just get a thick piece of elastic and pull it for example 12 inches.
Now, bundle it a few times and stretch it again for the same distance. Notice how much more stress is placed into this object compared to the conventional stress, this is the same when applied to the penis.
With the inverse stretch, I had some burns like usual but at times I thought "could it be the nerve" you know on the base, because the penis has a few nerves on the top near the base. I'm not 100% sure, but think 75% it is ligament, because I was able to get a rock solid boner straight after the workouts, and I didn't have numbness anywhere, any loss of sensation.
Guess I'm just surprised how easy its been to cause this burning sensation to the ligaments.
Okay, so, have I noticed anything visually?
Well, I honestly starting to notice my flaccid length does look longer in size, for a longer duration during the day.
I notice it looks slightly thicker at the base in girth, and when I pull some of my loose skin back at the base (which I have had for years before PE) I notice it does appear to hang that little differently than before when looking at it from the side.
You know, I recall from one of the expressive threads by DLD, he theorised the angle of the flaccid penis would change to the inner penis moving, and I chirped in somewhere in agreement but that the fundiform ligament could also be a factor in that.
Looks like this could bear fruit, but I need to keep watching it. I can only see this when the base skin is pulled back, looking from the sides, just the angle slightly altered, like DLD had in the diagram.
Erections last night were also on fire, every time I woke up my cock was stiff as lead, and when I had a tug after the session it certainly looks that bit longer now, I can see that. Must be I would hazard a guess no more than 1/4 inch, but fuck me I will take this all day long!!!
The next step is adding behind the balls jelqing, and using the silistretcher with duro sleeves during the night as my all night stretching aid.
- 20 minutes bundled DLD expressive stretching
- 20 minutes inverse expressive stretching
- Testicle massage
- A few erect stretches also added
