@huge-girth seriously though, these expressive stretches are something. They are making changes in my dick, I can tell from the insane erections I get at night, always the night after I work it. The length just looks longer, you know yourself, we can tell when its different. I'm talking small amounts here, but small things become bigger things right
The only negative really is that these aren't the easiest stretch in the world to execute as you may already know. Getting all the dick and balls through is one thing, than gripping around it and pulling on it all once with a really intense force is quite another, but please believe me in saying that once you get the knack of it from doing slow gently movements at first, so your position is correct, its well worth it.
Bundled, jeez ... takes it to the next level. Again, some men may find that very difficult to perform due to space behind the balls needed for inner penis.
I can only summarize that all those years of clamping my whole package developed inner penis, I always had something bulgy going on back there between my balls and ass, which may explain how I have took to it so well? if you can get time, give them a shot just the standard method, no bundles to start with, and just go very easy at first .. doesn't need to be legs back, full stretch.
All this time, I recall seeing a thread or two over the years by a member on why we always stretch dick by gripping under the head or just grabbing the shaft, and only now after all these frickin years has the penny dropped ... you can get more intense stretching from doing expressive work, the reverse method I have been adding in attacks the suspensory ligament just as well as the DLD A stretch, but even more intense than that.
Perhaps this was after all the hidden "secret" to full growth? when you see it in your minds eye, that really only so much can be done on the penis we see outside the body ... its really if you think about it, a weak link in the chain. Like in weight lifting, no study on earth has ever been shown that a full range of motion is needed to develop a muscle or increase strength .... yet most of us have kept doing it, because its whats done ... doesn't mean its the most productive.
I have gained better from heavy static holds placed where my muscle is maximally contracted, and heavy range partials, heavy negatives than I did with any full range motion movements. They are only needed if you are a pro power lifter, Olympic lifter and need to use full range of motion, because in daily life we never use full range movements, I certainly never did when loading a wagon up with goods, it was partials.
By lifting the weight in the strongest range, we get straight to the meat and it transfers over to full range strength from the studies I have read, incl my own experience. Example, that we have a weak spot in exercises, such as the bottom of a bench press right ... well unless you are a powerlifter, you needn't even do a full range bench press, it will just cause more wear and tear on the joints in time going up and down, most go too quick anyway which isn't good, but when you go for the partials at the top for 6-10 inches on a smith machine, or rack with safety pins using heavy weight your central nervous system hasn't a clue its doing full range or whatever, all it knows is survival, and your lifting heavy weight so next time to compensate for that the body grows stronger, but you wouldn't have been able to lift that much weight up top doing the full range due to the weak link at the bottom .Think about it.
I take this logic to expressive stretching created by the wizard of penis enlargement aka DoubleLongDaddy my friend Mike, and compare it to how pretty much 99% of men out there train the dick, which is externally. Not saying that its useless, its not .. like with the weight lifting comparison, you still gain something doing it full range, but I'm speaking about the most bang for the buck, the method that can take a guy far, remove barriers once and for all.
Guess I'm well and truly on this journey now, and a guinea pig of sorts having never read anyone using these long enough to really see large growth apart from DLD.
