Hello,
I'm a newer member here, but have really gotten in depth with PE over the last several months. I have found something interesting to help avoid fluid retention, but first a little background.
Before starting PE I've made a lot of overall improvements to myself. The biggest one is losing 125 pounds. I lost the majority in 6-7 months by following a very strict ketogenic diet. Basically I eat high healthy fats, moderate protein and no carbs. One of the side effects of keto is that the body rids itself in excess water. When eating carbs the body stores glycogen to burn for energy. Each molecule of glycogen has four molecules of water attached to it. This causes visible water retention in the body, especially in the extremities. Now that I am happy with my weight I cycle on and off of ketosis to maintain, which lead to my discovery.
When following a ketogenic diet I get very little fluid retention in my body, including when doing PE. For those who have issues with fluid retention when pumping, clamping, using the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words], etc... And could stand to lose a few pounds, or just lead an overall healthy lifestyle I would highly recommend trying out a ketogenic diet. It takes a few days to shed the excess water, but I feel that my PE is much more productive, with pure expansion and very little fluid retention when I am in ketosis. For some of us our life pretty much revolves around the obsession of PE so I figured why not have a diet change as well.
If anyone else would like to try this out, even if for just a few weeks, and provide some feedback that would be awesome. Anywho, I thought I'd share this discovery with the brothers on here since this forum has shared so much with me.
