It must just be me, but these photos look odd. I added some arrows. The red ones show an area that for me look this way only when I'm pulling on my dick. It looks like in that picture thats under question with the red arrows pointing, that its some pubic skin that has become part of the base of the penis, the same thing I have had and hence how I noticed it. Similer to turkey neck but this is base skin growth. It's not a matter of trust. I don't need to trust you. I'm just pointing out that you may be measuring badly. A lot of guys who start with Penis Enlargement measure badly and then as they get better they learn to measure and end up "losing" stats. I was just suggesting that you measure better so you can track results better.
