My problem is for 2 months now i havent been able to finish when having sex. I can go for hours and hours without finishing and i even fought with my gf because she thinks she's "not sexy enough for me" and that i might be cheating on her or some shit!
My doctor told me "The problem is not with ur penis, its in ur mind" but wt the hell does that mean? i dont have any "problems" or anything..

The problem is definitely psychological. You may be putting too much pressure on yourself to finish. Try relaxing a bit, don't worry if it happens or not. You may even want, after your girlfriend finishes, to masturbate with her kissing, touching you and see if that helps anything.

Is it just with intercourse? What about oral, etc?

Either way, you and your girlfriend need to relax a little bit. Don't put so much pressure on yourself, and ask her not to pressure you so much. You may be suprised one day when it happens out of the blue.

i dont think it has anything to do with your mental state. thats happened to me before and im assuming it has something to do as a result of jelqing. what i did was laid off the jelqing and until i could finish i just faked it or finished by having her masturbate me. after a little bit i was back to normal. hopefully that helped.
