How to keep dick engorged after girth workout?

Well, there are a few ways that I know of.

1- Cock ring wearing all day. You can take off every 1-2 hours or so and resume erection and put on again having new and fresh blood in.

2- Clamping... ADC (All Day Clamping). This is a very intense technique and should be performed only by a clamping veteran. You basically wear a clamp on all day long, but with less tension that usual.

3- Adding a second girth session. Let's say that you had your 1st one in the morning. Till the evening your expansion could be on the verge of going away. This is where are secong girth session kicks in to get the expansion back.

The best is to combine these 3. To have a session in the AM, put on a clamp for ADC or maybe cock ring, make sure you take off every hour or so so get new fresh blood and hit a several jelqs and you can do a 2nd session in the PM. Hope that was useful :)
