How to jelq with out enlarging the glands???

I have an nice head already. and when I jelq it's just getting to much pressure and spotting and stuff and i really don't want it to get any bigger, what I want to do is enlarge my CC's those to chambers on either side of my penis. can I just jelq those two chambers or is that just a waste of time?

Clamp the head gently with your hand to squeeze some of the blood out,keep your hand in place and jelq up to the hand.
