How to Easily Tell When You're Gaining, Cementing or in Maintenance.

Here's a simple idea on how to tell which of the three you're most likling doing.

I recently was re-watching this video:
[video=youtube;LWEk-Gx8j6E]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWEk-Gx8j6E[/video]

And after that I thought: How can one easily know when they are in a phase of gaining/cementing/maintenance?
There are probably other factors at play, but this is what I could come up with:
Gaining:
When you do PE for 4-7 days per week and have good intensity.
To do this you might have to re-structure your life. But it should be something everyone can do.

Cementing:
Takes place at about 2-3 days per week.
This comes in handy when you're busy but do not want to lose the gains you just made.

Maintenance:
When you do your routine for a maximum of 1-2 days per week you're in a maintenance phase.
No active gains will come from that and you'll most likely keep your eye on the ball.

It's something everyone can cycle in and out of frequently or infrequently, depending on lifestyle and goals.
Of course doing kegels and being in an expanded/elongated state throughoutthe day is something that could and should be done in every phase :).

Now, that sounds pretty obvious and it probably is, but I thought I share it anyways :).

I think this could be looked at in terms of volume also, reps ect. over a weekly period. Then reducing them, ect.

The math for volume of a 6 x 5 would be: Volume = π×62×5 = 565.48667764616 inch3 so the same applies to all measurements. If math is not your thing look up Volume Conversion Calculator and it will do the work for you. Here is a very easy one : Calculating the Volume of a cylinder

Have you ever considered doing a twitch live stream Q&A?
That way people could donate to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] more and it would be more interactive

I would love to do that if someone sets it up.

Now, we just have to find one, because I don't think I'm really that experienced with streaming^^'
Do you have all the hardware equipment?

No, but if someone can set it up I am there to answer!

well there are always exceptions

i think it's important to keep in mind that one could do PE for 4-7 days per week and plateau quickly on the gains depending on WHAT he is doing and HOW. if the aspects of a routine are constantly being repeated after the body has adapted to the work it will become a maintenance routine regardless of how many training days per week.

so when it is time changing something in a routine is crucial. it can be from a variety of things: intensity, duration, strategy, exercises, etc.

so basically even someone who works out 1-2 days per week can actually GAIN if they improve the routine after their body adapts to it.

frequency is not the only factor in gaining. it's great to get to your goals FASTER because you're engaged in it more and learning more, but it's very important to know what you're doing and how.

Good post. There are many, many, many factors to gaining. A good read through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] will give you many of the factors needed.
