I heard u can stretch all day long but I don't have time to do that with school. Work. Sport league and studying. So I'm stretching about 20-30 minutes a day now but I stretch only 3 days a week should I up it to everyday? And about how many minutes or hours should I stretch.
Stretching can generally be done anytime if it isn't causing injuries. But 20-30 minutes a day is very good if you're stretching that whole time. Personally, I'd up it to 5 days though.
