I have found a way to ADC painlessly and I hope it works for you guys as much as it has worked for me. First of all, identify the area you first feel shaft pain when you normally ADC. FOr me, it's the bottom left, right around the scrotum area, right under the insulation. So, what I do is this: First, I rub vaseline down the bottom 1/3rd of my shaft (the place where the insulation will go) all the way around the shaft. Then, becasue this usually starts getting me hard a little, I go about my business for approx. 5 minutes and let it get as soft as possible. Then, with one hand, I stretch my unit out and use the other hand to put the insulation on. Once it gets to that bottom 1/3rd of my shaft, it slides EASILY the rest of the way down. Push it as far against the base as you can. Now, put on your hose clamp with the main hub on the hose clamp at the OPPOSITE END of where you feel the shaft soreness. Begin to tighten down, but do not tighten down all the way. For example, when my setup is complete, I have tightened down my hose clamp by 15 revolutions. But when just putting it on, I only tighten it down to 8 revolutions, and then I grab my nut sack and pull down and away from the insulation to free up any excess skin in there. Try to do that all teh way around the shaft even if it moves the insulation up and towards your head slightly. Finally, tighten you hose clamp down to where you normally tighten it. That's something you will have to find out. My first two pics are of me when I first start my ADC in the day, and my last pic is after about 4 hours of it. I find that it is normal for the unit to get smaller and smaller throughout the day in the ADC...CrazyEd, SUpra, you find this too? For like the first hour its still madly pumped, but then it starts to slightly go down. And even at the end of the 4 hours, it's still bigger and longer than my normal flaccid. Anyway, hope that helps guys. Its better to use the Vaseline instead of lotion I find, because Vaseline is much more resiliant my nature. Later.
