While doing the Jelq, I usually have the problem of getting an erection, and I have to wait for it to subside. So my question is this: how hard should you be to Jelq? Like while standing, should it be hanging down, or somewhat pointed up, close to a full erection? Thanks.
Also, when measuring, do you actually push the ruler agaisnt the pubis bone, as in push it past an inch or so of sking and flesh(approximate. And inch would mean you're pretty bif probably)?
you should have a semi erection, e.g. hard enough so you can still feel the blood moving inside but it shouldnt feel hard.
you can measure how every you like as long as its the same each time, the measurement you described is called a bone pressed measurement so its a measure that remains constant even if you have gained weight etc
30% to 50% erect should do the trick. I like mine around nine o'clock for a good jelqing session. But so long as it is totally engorged it should work even if it's not at half mast.
What I do is I get around a 90% erection, and then jelq until I'm about 30%, and then wank a bit to get my erection back. While below 60% I do a kegal before every jelq to give myself a good kegal workout and also to pump some blood in.
I do the same thing. It usually takes about 50-100 reps, depending on the day/mood, to reach a level where I'm too flaccid. I tend to start off jelqing downward once I find myself getting softer as that really expands my head.
