How can I increase my libido?

Oh, you want your libido increased?TIt is all in your head and only you can defeat this. Well, the way I see it your choices are:

-To whether stop watching adult entertainment and overall ejaculation for a period of 2-3 weeks
-Or use mind manipuation techniques- just think very dirty- think about the things that turn you on the most
-Get rid of everyday stess- do some relaxing meditation session, or just close your eyes and have your mind clear

This is what I have as ideas, but I would be more than happy to hear some more advices from the other brothers :)

Yeah, lately I've been having my libido decreased. I stopped watching adult entertainment and had a 26 day period of no adult entertainment and ejaculation, but the way I see it is everyday stress. But to be honest low testosterone levels might be a reason as well... Hydromaxmm...
