Why do horse440's every other day is recommended and jelq is recommended mostly everyday or atleast 4-5 days a week? Will horse440's not be as effective if done everyday?
The idea is that the exercise is too stressful for everyday and that rest is needed in between, whereas jelqing can be done everyday (of course this also depends upon how you jelq).
