Same exercise. Guy who "came up" with them originally labeled them "horse 440s". Dunno why. Later on, people just shortened it to "horse squeeze". Same thing with the "ulistretch #3"...later became "uli".

I think the inventor's full username over at Thunder's was "Horse 440", and his full moniker was transcribed to the exercise's title. No idea why he chose that username, though.
