Heres a pic of what you should look like when you wrap your package. Tightness is your call. Use some common sense...if your balls ache or turn really dark..it's too tight!

People use the homedics wrap because it has magnets. I have no idea if they help anything, but wrapping might help growth since your penis will be larger than it's usual flaccid size.
 
I dont have an issue with my flaccid size, but am hoping I might add some length to my ball hang because wearing this wrap around the whole package keeps my sac/balls in an extended state.
