Another huge stressor versus proper hormone production is hormone-mimicking poisons in your environment. These are inflammatory and hormone-disruptive and typically act like Estrogen .. which is what girls have. They're not good for anybody, but since your libido is being a problem, and you're not a girl .. nor trying to be one, go ahead and also look up "Phthalates" and how to Phthalate Detox.
To a large extent you -are- your body.
