Weight And Stretching For Length. Which Is Harder Who Know Everybody Is Made Different. Some People Get Thincker Faster But Cant Gain Length.
 
I am tending to grow in both areas.

I have heard from others jelging with a 40 to 60% erection is good for length.
I tend to jelg at around 40 or 50% sometmes as high as 80% but I dont like this much so always tend to back down.

Do the jelg nice and slow. 4 or 5 seconds. With a nice even grip and I kelg as I am doing it to get good blood flow so I am constantly having a fully engorged head.
I kelg just as I am gripping and then hold it as I am going to the tip SO I am constantly filling up the chambers at the top of my unit.

Without killing it the head is always balloon like but not exploding just real filled up.
