help stretching!!

when i try and stretch rightr under my bellend my hand just slips off because my fore skin rolls forward it doesnt matter how hard i grip it does it, and when i pull back my foreskin and grip and stretch like that it hurts my bellend because of how hard i grip andi dont feel any stretch at all when i do it, the way i have been doing it is gripping about mid shaft and pulling up as hard as possible my skin rolls foreward but when i reach my bellend it stops and just stretchs, i do feel it a bit in my ligs but it feels like it is stretching my fat pad skin more, i really want to hit 8+ but i feel like i am getting no where with stretching any surgestions

It is important to get the sensitivity down under your foreskin. Stretching is most effective at the point you feel discomfort. What I suggest you do is try retracting your foreskin and wrap it as if you were going to hang or use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. thanks DLD but i think you got it wrong i aint sensetive under my foreskin it just hurts because i gfrip hard because if not my hand just falls off, and i dont hang or use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] i do all manual stretches so there is no need for wrapping, thank you though
