alright all, just wondering if this is any good for making me last longer

contains "horny goat weed" and "L'Arginine" but in a gel form that you rub on your penis which i thought it would be better in a tablet form but what do you guys think, and/or is there any think else i can take that will make me last longer (nothing dangerous or illigal drugs)

Not sure but the packaging is slick I think most "lasting longer" creams have a numbing agent that cuts down on sensitivity. This would help in some ways but isn't the point of sex feeling it?

yh i understand DLD about enjoying sex but i would still enjoy it if i lasted longer just knowing the satisfaction it will bring in its self of going for 20-30+ minutes, i kegal alot of the time when i think about it and i have been doing edging most nights for 10-20min for the last 2 months and still no increase in staying power, you got any magic methods that would help or know of an creams? thanks

Sex is psychological and physical.

Increase your "edging" time to 45-60 minute sessions. IMO, pills, creams and all that other stuff is wasting your money and time. I'm 50 and I don't use anything except P.E. and abdominal (core) exercises and my Girl-friend has to quit before I do. There is no "magic" just training the mind and body to work together.

cheers threak-x, i am a very fit guy i am 18 and go gym 4 days a week (bodybuilder) i will increase my edging time asap but could you go though how you edge and what you think of and that cheers
