HELP! Am I using it wrongly?

Hello guys,

I'm gonna need some help with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] device.
I started using them in mid February this year. Worn only on weekdays for about 3-4 hours before sleep. I'm using the small bell. When using them, its hard for me to keep the suction. I will have to keep pumping them every 20-30 minutes or so. On early March, I started noticing that the protector cap seems to have gotten slightly bigger & loose than before. Then I had small water blister. Rested for about 6 days before continuing.
I used to put them on with baby powder as suggested. But since that it's very hard for me to keep suction, I tried putting them on without baby powder. It was mid March and I put em on for nearly 4 hours without baby powder. When I took em off, there was a big water blister on the head. So I stopped using them for nearly 3 weeks. Now I'm starting back again but I'm back with the old problem. It will slip out completely in less than 20 minutes. I tried putting it on without protector cap. It lasts a bit longer but will still slip out in 20-30 minutes. And everytime I wear this for a long period of time, powdered or not, my penis head around the urethra (about 1 inch diameter) will look kinda swollen, white-colored and feels numb. They will return to normal shape in a few hours.

I'm starting to think that mayb because my dick is too small but then this device is built to help that no???
Please guys if you have any suggestion. I've spent so much money on this and not using it will be a waste. ?:(

hello... sorry for the late update. its very hard for me to find the replacement for the protector cap. i managed to buy them online (toe cap). But the quality seems worse than the one given by [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words]. It is thinner and feels cheap. So that doesn't work and I'm back using it without protector cap. This time I use the extra sleeves in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] package (the small sleeve). Compared with the one I have already used and found that the old one has gotten a bit larger and feels more loose (though it is easier to roll them to the bell =D).
Anyway, the newer sleeve condom helps keep suction for a longer time before eventually my head will slip out again. The opening of the sleeve near to my body does not grip to the shaft that well. There is some small opening that allows air to get in and weakens the suction. When that happens, I will pump in again. Sometime it works, sometimes it wont suck in properly and because of the small opening, it will make a sound similar to when you pull the neck of the balloon taught with and let the air out.
It's quite painful when I forced it in by pumping. I will stay in for 3 hours max before it feels very uncomfortable. Taking it off from the sleeve condom is also a challenge and quite painful as the head has grown big (like I mentioned in the previous post). I attached a picture here:

Latin was learned in Catholic School. The remainder were learned since I have been online accept for the Italian, which was what my family spoke growing up. I did take some Spanish in primary school but never really mastered it until [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] started. There are still languages I would like to learn and Russian is one of them. I could also study a bit more in Low German as I studied mainly High German, both are very close. Swedish is also on the list :)

I love learning. I dropped out of school in the 7th grade so I was relatively ignorant in most studies. I taught myself everything I have learned by learning from the smartest people in the world. I take lectures from MIT, Yale, Princeton, Harvard, etc. My main area of studies is in Unified Field Theory and Particle Physics but I also love every other subject. I just love to learn.
