Weight range 40lbs, 50lbs, 55lbs, 70lbs & 110lbs plus.
These are the weights I use in my routine. The possibility of injury is high. I started with an EL of about 6.5". Got to 7.5" BPFSL in about 6 months using weights starting at 20lbs to 30lbs. After 6 months went to 40lbs. Sessions are 20 mins 3 to 4 times per week on average. Some sessions I increase the weights accordingly. 10 mins at 40lbs then I add 10 lbs extra for the next 5mins the another 5lbs to complete the set.Sometimes I do a full set of 20mins at 70lbs. If the wrap feels perfect I will do 1 to 5mins at over 110lbs.
Note. 70lbs and upwards I hang to weights closer to the base. I had minor incidents during some sessions, which are mainly spots of blood from too much pressure on the head and minor urethra damage. I have been doing this long enough now to know the signs of potential injury.
Getting from 7.5" BPFSL to 8.25" BPFSL took me 18 months. Last night I took 25mg sildenafil and did a seated hang of 44lbs of the edge of a bench. When I measured I got just over 9" BPFSL for the first time. I will do some update measure to see if this lenght is consistent. I never thought I could get to 9" after being stuck at 7.5" for so long but I finally did. I [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap after each session to keep my unit elongated for as long as possible.
Heavy weights is not for everyone, within the first 5 mins. your instinct would be to stop based on intensity and some degree of pain, that's where you have to know the different types of pain, whether its associated with injury or a good stretch.
