In a completely flaccid state, starting at the base, start to wrap . Once you get the first or second wrap you will no longer need to support the base. Now, as you continue to wrap , stretch your flaccid penis as far as you can. With each wrap you will find that your penis will become longer and longer until your final wrap , just below the glans. When properly wrapped your penis will be your erect size (maybe even a bit longer) This was one of my first Penis Enlargement exercises I made up. I used it for months with very good results in my flaccid size. For me, I would rewrap every half hour to ensure good blood flow but after a half hour the stretch was not as solid and this gave me opportunity to tighten it up. You may be able to go longer but I am really paranoid about blood flow to my penis.
Does anyone know, based on your personal experience, the best way to heal in an extended state manually after a length routine? To cement those gains?
