head pain when stretching...

i know this has probly been mentioned before many times,but i have never really found an answer.
im uncircumsized,and find that stretching is a royal pain in the ass(not litterally of course!).this is because when i grip under the head, i get a pain in the lower rim of the head from the pressure,but with the foreskin over the head,i dont get this pain but i struggle to get a good grip an iv tryed gloves,baby powder,toilet roll anythin for extra grip,but it doesnt seem to work.i have made gains in length,but i think they are mostly from jelquing an maybe a bit from stretching.

also,is it better to aim for lenght before girth,as it there wud be more to stretch if u gained girth first?i rememebr tomdW mentioning it,but i cant find that post any more.

I'm not uncircumsized, but I do have skin coverage now and stretching can be a bit of a problem. The best advice that I can give is to try and tough it out for the first few sessions and it should get better. I struggle through the first few sessions after I've rested for a few days. It usually gets progressively better as the week goes on.
