The titan supplement has been discontinued. Best to find some Citrulline and Hawthorne on amazon at the correct dosage. I'd aim for 4-6g of citrulline(more if you wish) taken pre workout or during the day for PE.

BPFSL is a great indicator of enough tunica breakdown taking place for gains. If you measure BPFSL length before and aim for a 4-6% increase by the end of your session then that means that collagen breakdown has occurred and tunica remodelling will take place.
I currently take NOW foods brand of Hawthorn so I'm good to go there. I was taking Hawthorne with my meals and I research and found out that taking it on an empty stomach at night time is helpful.

I think Leviathan supplements has a product with cirtuline with in it.

Does a bone pressed stretch flaccid measurement a good indicator of a natural erected state measurement?
Not always. I increased my BPEL measurment first.
But you should be able to see a diffrence in bone pressed stretch flaccid before and after your session.
When I had optimized my methods I got 2 cm (0.79 Inch) more bone pressed stretch flaccid after my sessions.
(took many months to get there).

Warm-Up: hot shower 🚿 (5 minutes)

All basic bundled stretching including Tick Toks (stretching the penis and attempting to touch the back of my heels back and forth)

31 seconds each stretch (used fulcrum when necessary)

26 cranks

Used bathtub 🛁 lip for BTC and squatty potty for last set of cranks and tik toks.
 
The easiest way to see if you have grown is by doing bone press flacid stretches. This is the only way to stretch a measurement and see your true growth as its bone pressed.

Tremendous workout and probably the best one yet!

I have a question though... I was doing kegels during the 5-minute pumping session... Is it okay to do kegels while pumping?

Afterwards my erection level was 9.5 out of 10 the strongest has ever been.

P.S. I failed to mention that I am staggering the Testo Jack so I will take that next week and I'm taking DHEA this week.

Fantastic training today and I was surprised that I was easily able to get erect even though I wasn't striving to get a erect between stretches.

Thank God that He is slowly starting to restore me.

Still wondering though if anyone has an idea... I was doing kegels during the 5-minute pumping session... Is it okay to do kegels while pumping? ⛽
 
More about the supplements that I take... I also have been taking I believe 1/4 teaspoon of borax and I add that to my magnesium drink.

Borax has the ability to make magnesium uptake become better and also borax as a plethora of health benefits.

Incredible training time today and I am still on the fence on whether to purchase the Length Master or not. Would be interesting to see if my wife notices or not if I started to get more length.

My EQ was 4.0 out of 5.

I'm amazed how easy it is to get erect now and that wasn't like that before.

This week I am back on Testo Jack 100.

Superb training today and I am getting away from being so focused on time and just focusing on quality of the exercises.

Today was the first time I attempted to use the Mantor and just like with any new device trial and error and make a mistakes will help me to learn how to put on the device.

I know that the device is working because my foreskin was sore from the stretching. So that is a big plus! ❤️

Fantastic training today and I am learning to adopt the concept of time under tension so I held the stretches for 1 minute.

And I decided to leave off the pulse pumping and just be consistent with interval pumping for this week.

Other good news is that I have been consistently having morning erections and that in itself is a miracle. Praise God!

Lastly I have unlocked how to keep the Silirings on for 1 hour what I do is when I start feeling pain I took them off did some shaking for a bit and then put them back on and this allow me to get a complete hour.

Oh I was wrong yesterday was not the first time I wore the Mantor... I wore it the day before and even though it was much failure trying to get it on I will persist until I succeed.

Wonderful training today and I was able to put on the Mantor.

I still need to master on how to put it on.

I did put it on after training and by the time I arrived at work, my foreskin was sore which means that there was stretching and that's a good thing!

Superb training time today and I noticed that this was the thickest I had been after training.

Also I used the Mantor while sleeping and I did not add any stretching to the device and just left it on there however after an hour, I woke up due to the pain of the foreskin being folded so I had to wake up and take it off.

It was a good experiment so now I learned that I'm unable to sleep with it on.

In May, I will have a four-day break due to a family event. I'm debating whether to take the pump with me in case my wife and I want to have some intimate time so we'll see I may just only bring Silirings.
