Try to add fresh ginger brewed herbal tea and drink within 10 minutes of making it, along with either hibiscus flower or christantinem flowers as promoter for delivery mechanism to your cells. The titan supplement has been discontinued. Best to find some Citrulline and Hawthorne on amazon at the correct dosage. I'd aim for 4-6g of citrulline(more if you wish) taken pre workout or during the day for PE.3-11-24

I look more into the research of the supplement Hawthorn by reading over the counter natural cures book and found out that it is best to take it before bed and actually 1 hour or 30 minutes before a workout.
I'm also considering the supplement horny goat weed after watching the video from Hink.
I noticed that MOS has the supplement tighten and that has horny goat weed in it I will research further.
Lastly I have a question... Does a bone pressed stretch flaccid measurement a good indicator of a natural erected state measurement?
