I was taking Hawthorne with my meals and I research and found out that taking it on an empty stomach at night time is helpful.The titan supplement has been discontinued. Best to find some Citrulline and Hawthorne on amazon at the correct dosage. I'd aim for 4-6g of citrulline(more if you wish) taken pre workout or during the day for PE.
