Happy July 1st!

Today I did contrast water pumping with no breaks between sets. The expansion was so-so. My lingam felt malleable after pumping so it was ripe for SSJs.

I timed my training and with no breaks between the pumping...I clocked at 27 minutes.

But wait...you may be asking, "Didn't your wife say that you take too long in the bathroom?" 😤

Oh contraire mon frere... I spoke to my wife about why I'm in the bathroom as a reminder about doing PE and I apologize if I did not explain the purposes of PE to her. She responded that she understood because she knows that I'm in trucking and the danger of me sitting for a long periods of time. I share with her that if she ever needs to use the bathroom really bad she can always knock on the door and let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate. We both agreed and everything is fine now. ❤️

The other curious observation I have made is that during sexy Sunday, I am beginning to wonder if she is actually noticing any improvements at all in my size. I think I am 7.4 by 5.6 and she is taking it like a champ with no response. 😳

I'm curious just how larger I can get until she begins to tap out or there are signs of discomfort or sexual pleasure cues... I guess time will tell.

Maybe if I reach the mythical 8x6 then I may see something different.

I decided to dust off the 5x5x3 since I am doing a workout that is only 27 minutes I was thinking what is the extra 3 minutes so I might as well do the 5x5x3. Duh. 😂

The expansion due to the pressure and the contrast water temperatures was out of this world! 🌍

I think the next time I do the 5x5x3 I will start with 10 Hg , 7 Hg, then 8 Hg.

Happy 4th of July!

This was the best length training yet! I even threw in DLD blasters with the LengthMaster.

I did the blasters during cranks too. If I felt a tight spot, I would concentrate on the area a bit before continuing cranking.

Definitely 5 star training! ⭐

P.S. The other bonus is a paid day off for the holiday. Thank you, Lord!

Terrific training today and I shared with you in a previous post about using gases in PE.

No not farts.

The power of CO2 gas from sparking mineral water. I used the water for my cold pumping and the gauge had a tough time staying at 7HG (probably due to the CO2). I know you may be asking..."Why CO2?"

Super training today! I used a pain tolerance technique from Flex by David to help increase the stretch.

Errr..no. it's great to have high pain tolerance, but you need a level where your body can tell you where the pain is bad. I bet I injured all the time and didn't even know where the source of the injuries came from because of my natural high pain tolerance. Very bad.

Decent training today even if I had to rush. I had automobile issues so my car was finally fixed and I had to pick it up.

After that I decided to start my routine and needless to say I got to work late.

Hopefully when I go home at the trucking I'll be able to do the Lumebox before I go to bed.
 
P.S. Even after an intense LM3 session, the combination of water intake (I'm drinking more during trucking) and a 12 minute Lumebox session before bed may be the reason for a 4.5 morning erection. 🤓
 
Good hydration is good for constant blood pressure when the body calls for solid erections. Spikes on blood pressures because of dehydration is an erection killer.

Monstrous training today! 👺

Instead of warming up with a hot shower for 5 minutes I decided to use the Lumebox for a warm up. I completed stretches and bundle stretches in front of the red light and NIR.

The Lumebox beeps at 6 minutes thus allowing me to shut it off then go to pumping.

I think I also figured out a solution to the water compresses my lingam to where I don't get the full expansion. The solution is to put my lingam in the two and then fill the water around the lingam. Problem solved.

The other force multiplier I used the Lumebox on red light and NIR while executing the SSJs and Big Al squeezes.

I am curious to see how red light and NIR help inside of my training because I know that the light spectrum can help with recovery however using the spectrum during training may be a force multiplier.

Hey Friends,

I was off work yesterday and there were so many projects yesterday (the many demands of being a husband and father) that my nervous system was frazzled. I had a tension headache so I took a day off from PE.

Normally I do stretching on Tuesday and Thursday yet I decided to do pumping and Lord willing, I will do pumping again tomorrow. I am testing out a new theory with the pressure as well.

Plus, when I pump, I normally sit on the lip of the tub. I had the idea to move my scrotum behind me to get full access to the lingham then pumped. I did this on the second and not on the third set. I may tweak this here and there.

Okay... one of our major trucking clients has a week-long shutdown. This has thrown off my schedule and my regular pay dramatically.

Still, we adapt, overcome, and trust God to provide for our needs.

Yesterday I was going to do girth work before bed yet I did my physical training instead and then went to bed.

Rest is important and I rather get as much sleep as I can.

I bundled 3 to 4 times then stretched. I felt a major difference in the stretch and I made sure to lumebox after the training because I knew how intense this training was. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars!

Oh...why the Lumebox instead of a 5-minute hot shower? I am testing the observation made in this video.

Since I have a lot of time this week, I took a suggestion from @oldandlively and used the LM3 to bundle twist before girth work.

The thickness my lingham grew into on the last set was bananas! 🍌

My lingham was touching the sides! 😱

This was the best training yet! 🤩
 
Loving your report brother. See the stressing factor that forces your penile shaft to go into the extreme? Lateral stresses can do a much better job than extremely high pressure through pumping.

Hey Sizers,

I finally have time to experiment and be curious with the SizeGenetics and after months of frustration, I think I finally figured out why my glans was slipping.

First, I took measurements of the pieces of the SizeGenetics. Here is what I discovered:

  • Dual-function front piece
    • 3.7 cm ≈ 1.46 inches
  • SG
    • No extension and pre-installed bars
      • Approximately 9 cm = 3.54 inches
  • SG
    • No extension with short elongation bars (SEB) (0.5in/1.25cm)
      • 10.26 centimeters = 4.04 inches
  • SG + No extension + SEB
    • 13.96 cm = 5.50 inches.
An idea came to me to see if the issue was my size (if I was too small or too big) or the SG itself.

I installed the short elongation bars (0.5in/1.25cm) onto the pre-installed bars and slowly extended until I exposed the threads from the bottom then I backed off slightly one turn.

I noticed that the left side extends more than the right side. If I turn the right side more, the threads will show. If I turn the left side, the threads will show.

I am including a photo to show this predicament which explains why my glans keep slipping out. You can also zoom in to see that the bottom bars do not reveal the threads thus this is the maximum extension.

No wonder this is the reason I have been dealing with this frustration for months! (:headbang)

I emailed Support at SG to see what they say.

I'll keep y'all posted.

P.S. Sexy Saturday fell flat too. I could not get an erection due to being upset at my wife (due to my ego) and when she told me I was taking too long to get ready for sex...When I heard those words, my lingham went limp. I pumped up to 7 Hg even to 8 Hg. Nada. She was frustrated and so was I. 😥

Did you try to retract the adjustment screws as much as you can for both sides?

If that works in mobilizing blood to the extremities, so it can move to the lacking extremity, the penis.

Our daughter told her, "Dad is doing Dad things." Our daughter doesn't know I do PE yet she knows that I do eccentric things once and a while.🤭

Update: SizeGenetics customer service got back to me and gave me a tremendous video that showed HOW to put on the comfort gear for SG! I have the SG on now and we will see how long I can wear it. Stay tuned...this will be a YUGE victory if the video suggestions work!

7-27-24 SG update:

The new setup works! The only drawback is that my glans become hurt and sensitive. Also, I lost the foam piece during trucking.😢
 
Thermal shock is not something new. It can cause thermal expansion gone wild, ending up with micro fissures that result in discomforts. Fissures that may not result in bleeding but enough to create hyper sensitivity.

The sensitivity might have come from contrast pumping? I think it may have been caused by the silicon noose for the SizeGenetics I used yesterday.

Btw, I was able to wear the SG for approximately 3 hours. 🙂

Contrast temperature causes the nerves to be hyper sensitive. You are not wrong that SG causes the hyper sensitivity to manifest at a higher level.

If you lost your foam piece somewhere, you can use an alternative cotton padding to provide even better cushion than foam. But rough cotton can bite into the skin. Look around for scrap wool or cashmere, or something just as soft.

Good news! I found the foam by God's grace!

I don't need it though because I now ACE bandage the glans and part of the shaft then anchor into the SG.
