  • Woke up to use the bathroom and decided to wear the SizeGenetics for 3 hours. I completed NSDR to rest and sleep while wearing. When it became uncomfortable (due to the position), I moved it.

Magnificent training today! I had the idea to use the red light therapy while doing the ssjs and after the training was done my lingam had truly hulked out! Thank you, God! 🤯

I'm also going to shy away from doing bundled ssjs. I have a feeling that this may have caused nerve damage. Just a theory though.
Going strong as always I see.

Glad to see you putting the SG to good use as I know how much trial and error it is with noose types of extenders. Have both a Jes Extender gold and a Male Edge Pro, which is the one I primarily use, with a plastic sheet covering my penis where I put the comfort strap on for more comfort and preventing slippage.

Anyhow, keep on truckin brotherman and keep on growing your unit. Best thing in the world when you see those gains in either direction.

Tremendous training today and when I was done with the last set of pumping, I had a extremely hard time pulling the tube off! 🤯

I also decided that rest is much more important so even if I went to use the restroom I did not put on the SizeGenetics.

So I may need to retool wearing the SG when I can and just try to do my very best instead of perfection. I'm attaching to this post a screenshot of a quote from a book that captures the importance of accepting reality.

Guess I’m quite lucky when it comes to doing my PE as I’ve got all the alone time I could ever need. Almost became a father at age 25(41 now) but my lying, obsessive and self absorbed ex chose an abortion, which I was against.

But I digress. Also, I have to say, it’s very nice seeing so many fellow Christians on here as well as in my country of Norway very, very few still believe in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Heck, by now there are way more Muslims in our country than Christians as my fellow country men have lost all faith in God. I actually, temporarily, reverted to Islam for two years in the past but came back to Christianity as Islam just became way to rigid and demanding about how to live and pray and my heart wasn’t really in it either.
 
How have your gains been going with SG at 1200g ? Notice any difference in length ? I am also extending about same weight for same amount of hours but still in beginning stages wanted to see how it has been going for you since you are at a longer time point

I I've decided to take a rest day at least an extra one because my wife and I had to take our daughter to drop her off at college, before we did that we needed to go to my wife's former employer because she wanted to talk to her which did not work out, and we need to go to the bank as well.

So instead of stressing out in order to try to get a PE session in I just went ahead and decided to do passive stretching instead.

Also I didn't mention that I had purchased a lacrosse ball to use to massage the external pelvic floor area. I have been massaging this area for at least 5 minutes approximately every day.

Lastly I tried Dr Rachel Ross' night time snack without the saffron. Still in the testing phase so we'll see how this pans out in a week.

Thank you for stopping by... To answer your question I would say maybe... I have noticed that when I am pumping in the tube I am now reaching 7.5 in where before I was 7.4.

Just wanted to let you know I just ordered the book. Seems like a good read, used to read a lot before so will be good getting that old habit going again with this book.

Have lived, at times, quite the rough life making many bad choices and been screwed over in the process by very bad people. I figured it’s about time I get over my bitterness towards all those and my ex who took the abortion.

And I believe this book will aid me in that process. Thanks again for the tip brother.

I wanted to do the SizeGenetics and I was going to extend for 4 hours. However my job called me and stated that they needed me to do a different route today for trucking. They wanted me to do what is called a sequence run where I need to be on time and if I'm not on time then I will end up shutting down the plant that uses the parts. No pressure, right? 😅

I know from past experience of doing a sequence run and having the extender on I had to pull over because I was experiencing pain and this ended eating up into my time.

So instead of experiencing negative stress I just went ahead and decided to do the wrap.

I am learning how to be flexible in this PE journey and to remember that this is a marathon not a sprint.

P.S.S. I think the real game changer was putting the Siliring at the base. I got this idea from a post on MOS (I don't recall which post and I know that I did see it on MOS).

In addition to seal that I was able to obtain at the different pressures was insane. I will definitely keep this new protocol in my tool kit!

Inspirational man! I love a great comeback story! And I too am in my 50s and have been diagnosed with low T. I will tell you THIS much though! If you can get to a urologist and get them to give you a script for Clomid you will be GOLDEN! I promise you….that is IF you have low T of course!
 
Dorsal nerve kink and cut off based on expansion level. Ever see a noose, wire, or cable wrapped around a growing tree trunk? The SiliRing is flexible to expand, but when the ring is too tight, it can cut into the dorsal nerve and blood vessels. Kinking of dorsal nerves because the internal tissues expansion and external pressure influence can accidentally cause a blunt trauma, like a cable on the expanding tree trunk. This is just the worst case scenario. The other one is tissue malformation, where the tissues get damaged on one side, causing the penis to skew, or lean, to one side. We don't see this often because the brothers are not reporting in, but it does happen quite commonly. Just something to be aware of.

Welp I planned to do the SizeGenetics for 4 hours however my wife needed me to help her with technical issues with her phone and with the Bluetooth in her car so that plan was killed.

I went ahead and did the wrap instead. Truth be told, the SizeGenetics can be rough to wear when trucking. I may just do the SizeGenetics on the weekends instead.

And other news I have a Gua Sha which I bought from the HSA store which was surprising that they had one in stock. I used the tool while using the Lumebox before bed.

Today was a challenging training time because the water pumping just did not want to work correctly.

I was going to just do the ssjs and my God's grace I remember that I can do air pumping.

This was good to shock my body because I have been using water pumping for numerous weeks now.

I was very pleased with the results and was very tempted to walk out nude in front of my wife to let her look at the thickness and entice her. 😍

Glad you were able to push through and get in a great session. It's always a great feeling to look down after a good session and think Wow! that's me hanging there, I got to show this off!
 
What I mean by pulse is going up a pressure then going down rapidly or staying at the pressure for a brief moment then doing down to a lesser pressure.
Love how you put the dynamic pressurization into play. More and more of us are seeing the benefits of dynamic pressurization and stretches.

As much as it pains me to say this I agree with Hink about the ease of use with air pumping.

I was able to get my training in without the fumbling with filling up the tube, making sure that I had enough water, and then iI fill up the water trap, I'll have to stop and restart.

So reluctantly I will be going back to air pumping simply because of ease of use.

I think I may have mentioned this before... I am using the force multiplier of red light and near infrared light while pumping by shining the light on the tube. I will see if this will increase benefits and I'm sure it will because of all the positive benefits that red light brings.

And I must admit that I understand why a lot of men want to have fillers injected into their lingam because having a girthy lingam all the time feels amazing.

Interesting trend of non-morning woods. Psychological impacts for the few days before and during the morning wood beside the sleep reduction?
 
When in doubt, reset. Go back to the stages and the same supplement loading during the period of high free testosterone production once you find the unique lull in the drop of the free testosterone. Review all the dietary, psychological, emotional, and stresses you've encountered in the past few weeks. This is way too strange of a stray.

In addition to the tunica scraping I also do the gua sha on the other sides of the lingam and I also do the pelvic area (usually before bedtime is when I do the pelvic area).

My sleep has been going well. I get 7 hours of sleep and if I wake up to use the bathroom, I grab my headphones and listen to a guided NSDR to take advantage of deep rest.

Lastly James Nestor, who is the author of the book "Breath", suggested from a podcast interview that if one holds their breath for 30 seconds, the body can release growth hormone (based on scientific studies).

I have been experimenting with breath holds while I sit in front of the Lumebox after flossing or when I finished brushing my teeth.

Bro, can I ask how old you are? Seems like your methods are starting to work for you. You went from no morning wood to practical puberty!
