Progress thread Haursen's Comeback

So the idea came to me to experiment with two modalities:

The first is a wild idea yet I wanted to try it. What is the idea? To pump with organic brewed coffee. I was looking at the various benefits of organic coffee and I decided to add organic coffee grounds to the hot water in the tube and use that on my third set and the last set.

I am calling the modality "caffeinated pumping." 😄

The other modality I experimented with is contrast water pumping. I place my penis in cold water and pumped at 7 HG for 1 minute then I went to hot water at 7 HG for 1 minute.

The feeling was interesting and the benefits of contrast showers could possibly apply to PE.

I have another experiment that I wanted to attempt that will involve gases and I'll explore that and post about that. 🤓
Coffee is a good thing as I know I stopped drinking coffee slowed my growth. Definitely something to study

Super training session today. I have some observations that I noticed.

First for Sexy Saturday, my erection level was very meh. It was soft even if I had put on the pump and dry pumped at 10Hg and held it for a while until my wife came out of the shower. Now granted I did not put a Siliring after pumping to hold the erection yet that was odd and frustrating.

But also didn't help my mood was that she had commented about how my body looked in a way that I took it as negative and also she wanted to talk about life situations and not focus on the love making which (of course) I was focused on.

Thus these factors were the brakes for my erection.

Over the weekend, I only took magnesium and my morning erections were hit or miss.

And while I was pumping today my erections was beefy yet soft. Only time that the erection became super hard was when I did the last minute using bundled SSJs.

I have three theories that may bring some insight on these soft erections.

Number one - my penis is prime for another round of growth which could mean the reason for the soft erections.

Number two - due to my erratic sleep patterns my body is just doing the best that it can since I work as trucker even on days off.

Number three - I could have a venous leak. 😕

I may get back on my stack to see if there's any changes and since I have introduced red light therapy and near infrared light therapy, the combination of the three might help.

A tad high for sexy play. Try 7 to 8inHg just to expand and allows the tissues to remain hard for long sex play.

Yep. That tends to kill the moods. For us, we don't care what negative comments we give each other. We just poke at each other and laugh while we pose in those negative comments. Round is a shape. Fat makes the things jiggle and bounce. I like bouncy things..jiggly things too. Not hangy things, but good if they are mine.

Your body becomes adaptive to and dependent of your cocktails of supplements. This is why I wonder about what would happen if you slow down, reduce, or eliminate your high dose cocktails. You may have to shock it for a month by going turkey and start back up at 1/4 the cocktail level in the far future.

Nope. Your body suffers with lack of motivation, not hardness or growth. Libido can get a hit and dip low due to high level of cortisol.

Number three - I could have a venous leak. 😕
You wish. If you have a venous leak, your penis will be as hard a limp spaghetti.

I may get back on my stack to see if there's any changes and since I have introduced red light therapy and near infrared light therapy, the combination of the three might help.
If you are back of your original stack, be ready to shock your system every 9 to 12 months by going cold turkey for 1 to 2 months. This is to allow your body to compensate and regulate normally without the high loads of supplements.

Some of the brothers I'm working side-by-side with already seeing 0.3in to 0.55in growth within 4 months, and they're aiming for 8inx6in, 9inx6in, and 10inx6.5in. They are about to hit a sudden growth spurt based on their info. You might be hitting the same growth rate as they are because of your indicated plasticity. Push hard!! and grow well.

For me time is precious to me. We don't live forever. I see that every day in my occupation. A constant reminder every day.

If I want to change what I do for a living, I need to change everything in my life.

I did PE for ~1.5 years at full intensity, that was both hard mentally and physically. It also was a very lonely time. I could never have done it in any other way.

Some may say that 1.5 years is not much time for PE, but if you take into account how much gains was procured, the effort and sacrifice was tremendously high. If I would put this much time into my other dreams in my life, instead of wasting time I would be happy. I suppose it's just one decision away.

So time is the biggest cost in this. Time is the only thing that is worth something.

But either way, time is precious.
This is the reason I promote fast and efficient gains. Why do something, that do not give you the results you want?

The workout is the exact same as June 17th for some reason the brave browser for my phone is acting weird so I'm unable to copy and paste.

I didn't know this a few things with this training section and that my penis elongated properly when I pumped with water.

There are times where I will have my penis in a cylinder and it just looks like it's only 5 in and it doesn't stretch out when I pump but this time it did stretch out to where I was seven point four inches.

I'm not sure what's the phenomena of when the penis does not stretch out fully in the water volume and when it is shrunk I can feel needles from the pumping.

Also my morning erection was (if I remember correctly) 4.5 out of five.

Before I went to bed I took a heaping scoop of collagen mixed in my protein powder and also I took hmb, nattokinase, and hawthorn.

For recovery I did 6 minutes of the lumebox (with strap on tight - no ring) and the usual Siliring + strap protocol.

This was the best training yet! 🔥

This was the best training yet. I like to experiment so I went ahead and experimented with contrast water temperatures.

For one minute I would use cold water and pump to 10 HG then I would change the water to hot or warm and pump for 1 minute at 10 HG.

I did my normal three sets of 10 HG then I did two sets with one set being seven HG and the last set eight HG.

The result? My erections were harder in the cold water and then when I pump with the hot or warm water the expansion was insane!

I struggle to get my lingam out of the tube! 🔥🤯🔥

I may be on to something! 🤓

You found the trick to blood dilation from warm to cold and cold to warm. People use this method all the time to promote health and well being for extreme blood flow through thermal exchanges. God blessed you the knowledge for this hidden Easter Egg.
 
PS I have a correction to make... On the last two sets I use warm to hot water for 2 minutes with one set being 7hg and the last set being eight HG.
 
You might want to do the reverse as well. Taking your current pressures, I'll provide some insight.

  • A few brothers in Japan use the technique of slightly hot water to loosen up the tissues, going up around 6inHg.
  • They then switch to cool or faucet cold water and hit straight to 10inHg. Using the cold water, you contract the internal tissues, placing it under scrutiny as the tissues contract. The internal pressure is then forcing the tissues to malform under pressure.
  • You can use the 3rd set to switch between hot and cold again, half and half session, to create this continual shock and malform.
  • Switch back up to warm or hot water to relax your tissues for further expansion but lower pressure, and at the same time, allow your tissues to relax while expanding, resulting in lesser turtling.
You've done your obserservation research. Very well done. You know you've stumbled into an advance pumping method, right? Most of the water pumpers that already logged at least 4 to 7 years in use this technique. Some pumpers in their first year performed this as well, switching between warm, cold, and hot.

I only use really hot water. Maximum expansion.

Yeah, that sounds way too painful. The common cold or cool temperature is around 65F (18C) to 70F (20C). Cold as ice, nope, not going to attempt that kind of craziness.

I only use really hot water. Maximum expansion.

Colossal training today!

I use expressive stretching this time around and I had to reset the length master because I put castor oil mix on my lingam before I wrap it.

The wrap started to slip when I was doing expressive stretching so I had to reset.

I haven't stretched from the base in a while because last time I did a bundle base stretch I end up having a small tear in my skin.

If I do the base stretching again I will not do it bundled.

No, it's quite normal to have harder erection under cooler conditions. Your body is compensating by sending more blood to the penis to warm it up, and that benefits both in term of hardness quality and higher oxygen content. But, too longer under too cool of a water, your body will say, "Forget you."

And this happened to me today so now I am in solution mode.

My wife said that she wanted to go to the bathroom and I was in there doing PE.

I share with her that she can always knock on the door and tell me that she needs to pee and then I can get out.

I've even explained to her before why I'm in the bathroom long because I'm doing PE and it's like she has forgotten that.

So I may have to retool my routine or just rely on SizeGenetics.

I'm open to suggestions on how to get the most effective workout in the shortest time possible so there won't be any bathroom conflicts. 😢

I gave up on that ages ago. I simply told my wife and kids, I'm doing my own things in my room. Enter at our own sanity.
 
Yep. When I use water for pumping, I have a nice little insulated container for slightly hotter than warm water. Cold water, plenty after the first batch of water cooled down.

I di everything around my bed. Easier to do poses while using the Length Master. Pumping is more comfortable on the bed.

You can try to go to bed an hour early or/and 1 hour late. This is what I did and it helped with my training

In light and my wife's comment yesterday I went ahead and did a shorter session.

I did not warm up because I was thinking the warm water would automatically warm up the tissues so I didn't do any bundle stretching or any expressive stretching.

I just went into the tube did my 5 minutes and then did my 5 minutes of ssjs (bundled).

Surprisingly I had fairly decent expansion even without a warm up.

So we will see I will adjust accordingly and do my very best that's all I can do.

PS my morning erection return! It could be that I did a combination of the size genetics while shining the Lumebox for 12 minutes while using the SG before I went to bed.

Or it may have been that my lingam was adjusting to unlock new growth which could be the reason why I didn't have any erections for 2 to 3 days.

Or it could be the combination of collagen plus magnesium that I'm taking.

Yep. Warm and hot water will do the trick in priming your tissues during the pumping process. Those who use air, warming up the tissues through SSJ should be sufficient. After a good shower, that's plenty of transferred enthalpy energy from the water to the skin and tissues. Your tissues should be very malleable at this point.
