No, what I'm looking at is a dual stimulation of lateral (outwards) and medial (inwards) through your elongation and expansion processes. One without the other has a 50/50 erection evocation. Distributing both at the same time in a 60% length elongation and 40% girth expansion or 40% or 60% hyper stimulate your erection. BUT, if you look the trend closer, by inducing higher internal and external pressure through the pump, you're pushing your unintentional erection quality beyond 5 out of 5. SSJ will do the work to some degree, but you need both internal (medial) and external (lateral) pressures on top of the lengthening to get your quality erection. This is me just seeing a month's trend. My colleagues and the brothers here may see something else that I may not.

I'm just thinking out loud, but your peroneal and dorsal nerves are getting hyper stimulations through the entire PE routines. By massaging your prostate and testicles, you're creating a momentary fountain of youth for your penis through semi-active prostate milking, releasing the hormones that trigger the libido and NO releases. This in essence provide the erection state while your body rest and accumulate the essential factors for that morning wood or erection stimulation upon touches. However, long drives through your work place pressures on your pelvic floor tissues, nerves, and blood vessels creating a reduction of blood that's essential to further enhance your PE. By doing the PE routines, you're restoring what's lost during the long hours of sitting. It's a ping-pong game.

Phenomenal training today and I am finally going to introduce a synergistic exercise that I call the eye of the hurricane.

The eye of the hurricane or EOH is an advance exercise and what it involves is doing the ssj while doing a Uli at the same time so you're bringing both hands together and this this pulls in a lot of blood into the penis.

Again this is an advanced exercise I created so beginners stay away.

PS the night before I went to bed I took additional scoops of collagen plus protein so this may be the reason why I had to higher erection level in the morning.

No, collagen simply adds to the repairs. What did it was the amount of extra PE routines to pull in the blood. Notice how much blood you introduced through the LM and jelq through cranks. You are loading tons of nitric oxide and triggering hormones from your blood. With the collagen at higher loads, your system provided less energy and resources meant for other parts of your body, and your penis get the full benefits from the excess available stored energy.

Phenomenal training today 😁! I dared to go into the deep waters (pun intended) of water pumping. I wasn't going to allow my past experience to deter me.

I now realize that when I fill up the tube I need to fill up the tube first and then connect it to the air line and this will prevent the water from leaking into the tube.

There was a scary moment where water was coming from the pump so I briefly went back to air and then by the grace of God I tried it again and He helped me to figure it out.

Thus a new era of pumping has begun!

Do you know how much traction force you're using on the LM? I'm guessing that if you're pushing 10 and 11inHg on the pump, you're hitting around 9 to 12lbs on the traction force for the LM. I may be wrong. If you can, measure it with weight using the LM to assist. Why doing it? Traction force dictate the tissue resistance to tear. We may be advising you to use micro trauma routine soon rather than constant tension routine.

What are micro traumas? It's a quick tug/pull exceeding the normal constant traction force. Say you're doing 8lbs of constant tracion force for BTC, Terminator, or crank, you may be doing a single tug/pull for 7 seconds within that set going into 12lbs of sudden force. You create instant micro tears in multiple areas. When you twist in a bundled stretch, doing the same causes multi-factorial tears all over within those few seconds. But this is for the latter days far into the future. Do make sure to measure the traction force/weight loading every week when you can.

To sum it up, if you use the pump, you need to gauge how much vacuum pressure you use. Same with the Length Master, make sure how much pull traction tension you are using. To gauge how much traction tension you are using, you use normal weights, mount them to the Length Master after strapping it on, and feel the hanging weights to compare how much tugging and pulling you are performing using the Length Master using your arm strength. This is gauging with the Length Master.

Amazing training today and I am enjoying water pumping. I was considering using cold water for the very last pump at 8Hg however I don't think that that would be helpful at all.
 
Okay. Let me further simplify the statement.

For the Length Master, do you know how hard you are pulling/pushing when you use it? The pulling/pushing force is measured by foot pound. But, the easy way to measure it is like the weights at the gym. If you pick up the barbell at 5lbs, that 5lbs of gravitation force being done on your arm. For your penis, we gauge the amount of weight or traction force being exerted on your penis during your routine from pulling or pushing the LM handles. How can you tell? You simply hang a rope to some weights, and attach that rope to the LM and compare.

If the tugging and pulling while using the LM feels like the weight attached to the LM you compared earlier, that is your current baseline traction force. You need to monitor how much traction force you are putting on your penis, not just by going on a gut feeling. The gut feeling is pumping blind without a gauge. Not knowing where you are in terms of traction force while using your LM can cause more harm than good, just like going crazy with Bathmate pumping without a gauge.

Decent training today and I will take two scoops of organic collagen since I was stretching intensely today.

Other training nuances I would bundle to the left and then bundle to the right at times and if I was doing cranks I would bundle in One direction and crank for 30 seconds.

I would also timer at 30 seconds bundle it opposite direction and then finish the rest of the 30 seconds with the crank.

I did the same switching the direction of the bundle with expressive stretching as well.

As far as traction force is concerned this may be something that I will explore later and possibly purchase the digital weight reader from MOS shop.

Right now I just wanted to keep it simple and just focus on getting the stretch as intense as I can without overdoing it.

Look carefully now. I've been scratching head and try to wrap around why there are days your morning erection just fizzled out. It suddenly slapped me in the face as I walked around and stared at the growing trees near the office, "Well duh. You got stressed, and you got over stressed. Stresses came in form of fatigues. You also got stresses in form of overburdened of nutrients. It's like shoving a cup full of fertilizer onto a growing plants, thinking that more is good. I went back and checked your logs on days you used and introduced new materials as supplements. I want to kick myself for the oversight.

Do me a favor and cut back on the half of the collagen, and try to skip the supplement to every other day for me for a week. This is just and experiment. If erection still occurs without the penis going fatigued, cut back to one third every other day on all the supplements after another week.

Why? I think your body is aggressively getting rid of the excess. When your penis hits fatigues from over exercises, it got hit with a secondary stresses form excess bioavailabilities. Stresses on top of stresses.

That is also a factor as well. But there are times where you sleep well but no erections. It got me thinking on a different plane. Better to think on variable dimensions than singular. Rule out everything and fine tune every possibilities, and what's leftover is the optimal probabilities.

Prodigious training today!

Before I went to bed, I took my protein powder and added two scoops of collagen.

On my length training days, I take two scoops of collagen due to the intensity of the training.

I ended up with morning erection again so could sleep have been a factor? Possibly...although I will be open to @oldandlively suggestion.

In other news, I purchased a lumebox due to the discount that was offered. In other words, my training will go to another level because I'll be using red light therapy! 🤯

Rest is indeed a factor. Something else is lingering in the depth. If you can ease up on the supplements and still get the erections and gains, more power to you. We are also prepping your body to maximize the available resources as efficiently as possible. Too much is not good, too little is not good, so we need to find that perfect Goldie Lock zone.

In my opinion ,there are essentials that would need to be carried in the store such as whey protein isolate especially if they come from grass-fed cows and creatine.

The benefits and the depth of scientific research on both of these supplements are tremendous and undeniable.

If you don't have time for LM, this is a great start. For me, I tend to go up to 3 minutes per stretch in a 40-minute attack. As long as you balance out from one direction to another with equal amount of time, you're golden. Just make sure to perform the same amount of traction tension for one side as the other. Don't favor more on one side than the other to prevent odd growth, such as curves, bends, or pretzel growth.

Yep. This is how you break collagen bonds and tight tissues like popcorns. Just make sure not to go overboard and accidentally snap something more than just collagen bonds and tissues.

Good to have Vit C. But also good to include ginger and cumin to synergize the Vit C. Something to think about. But too many supplements can be like a God's Tea cocktail that you body may just straight up rejects. Yoga while using the LM? LOL

Big Al's squeeze is commonly part of the retention fluid removal. I'm not sure when it was coined as "Big Al's Squeeze". I believe Big Al came about around 2002, right @DLD. I may be wrong. The squeezes that he used is the same as SSJ, but right below the glans to remove any puffiness, part of the reverse jelq.

When I was on my stack...approximately 5 to 15 minutes...Deflated rather quickly this morning when I rolled on my back.😕

Interesting. I'm just thinking that the kidneys are sending signals to the bladder and penis to evac the bioaccumulative extras to prevent kidney stones. During your roll back, drink a bit more water, around 16oz, before going to bed. I believe you can replicate that 4.5 and 5 out of 5 with extra volume of water at a lower concentration level. If that doesn't work, back to concentration of supplements like you have before to get that 4.5 to 5 out of 5.

So the idea came to me to experiment with two modalities:

The first is a wild idea yet I wanted to try it. What is the idea? To pump with organic brewed coffee. I was looking at the various benefits of organic coffee and I decided to add organic coffee grounds to the hot water in the tube and use that on my third set and the last set.

I am calling the modality "caffeinated pumping." 😄

The other modality I experimented with is contrast water pumping. I place my penis in cold water and pumped at 7 HG for 1 minute then I went to hot water at 7 HG for 1 minute.

The feeling was interesting and the benefits of contrast showers could possibly apply to PE.

I have another experiment that I wanted to attempt that will involve gases and I'll explore that and post about that. 🤓
