Question @DLD for full-on SRT...In the picture for length, I see this directive: 4 sets of 30 seconds of Bundles stretches.

Is this warm-up set or is this directive for the exercises listed after?
Noticed with inconsistent morning woods, I have been taking DIM and Melatonin and weight lifting. I had a recent physical and used to have trouble with my T levels. This time my levels were not only optimal (450-500 range) but I apparently have plenty to spare with more consistent morning wood and randoms like I’m a teenager. I did have a question too because I have been following your progress because it is inspiring. I think I saw in a thread that you do erect bundled stretches. Either I am misunderstanding what bundled stretches are or just haven’t gained the nerve to try them myself. Are they painful? Also, you are doing bundled stretches in the shower with the Lengthmaster? Did I read that correctly?

I have done erect stretches and I don't think I have completed erect bundled stretches. I could be wrong I have to check my log. Anyhow, the bundle stretches I completed in the shower was without the length master. I wouldn't use the LiftMaster in the shower because I will be concerned about the metal parts becoming rusted.

Note: Pure Form means that I did the 5 x 5 x 3 to the letter with no variations (e.g. pulse pressure, bundled SSJs, etc).

It's a very simple answer. When you perform the training, you create micro fissures/breakage everywhere along the entire penis shaft. These are the hotspots where the body is trying to repair and reform the cellular tissues. Imagine, once again if you will, a long balloon being blown up, and released, and blown up, and release over the course of months. After the balloon being stressed and stretched for so many times, you'll see thinning layers in the wall, which are hot spots that can be easily ruptured. Our body is a living organism, sending resources to repair those hot spots. With that in mind, these hot spots needed to be protected by wrapping or using a straightening device. By keeping the penis straight as possible, the repairs come in, filling out the hot spots, and prevent rebuilding of plagues, dense spots, or abnormal bending. If you just put a cock ring on, those hot spots tend to cause temporary warping, causing a strange deform appearance. If you use a cock ring, but lightly wrap to keep the penis straight, the wrap (constant light pressure), or even an all day system/extender keeps the penile shaft straight, as well as the girth shape constant and smooth from the traction force stretches.

Hope this explains the phenomenon.

It's been a wild time with my trucking schedule. Tuesday I did a all day wrap.

I also didn't share about the last Sexy Saturday. We celebrated our anniversary and I share with her that we can have intimacy on Sunday. She was cool with it and then later she couldn't sleep so she said why don't we just have intimacy now. Two amazing things about last Saturday is that she initiated and two, I did not need to take a scoop of vigor because I was rock hard. 🙌🏾
 
P.S. the condoms are still tight on me. I figured out that my bulbous branch and bulb has grown thicker through PE. 🤯

P.P.S Anyone else have this phenoma from PE?

Superb training today! I took one tsp of Vigor to see if expansion would increase. I think it may have made a difference.

In other news, my wife was hired after a long dry spell of unemployment only to be let go yesterday. On top of that, the check engine light came on today while driving to my workplace. Even so, Lord Jesus, come!
 
PS Is there any benefits of hoisting one's legs on a table or bed while pumping?

Not really. It does for lengthening routines as it does offer more positional angles. Some like to do tugging while pumping, so it's a benefit to angling stretches while pumping. But there is no benefit to it while just pumping besides looking cool during poses.

Fabulous training and I felt a deeper stretch when I saw in a chair and pulled downward...Next to BTC center, downward is my next favorite. ⤵️
 
Every try sitting backward on the chair, leaning against the back rest with your chest, stick your butt out, and pull behind the butt cheeks? I think the angles range between 45 to 85 degrees to do a number on the ligaments. I use 85 to 110 to pull hard on the tunica.
 
It is wise to try different body positions to gain greater leverage.

Hi Fronds!

I am still alive. There is no need to send out the search party.

This week has been hectic with getting the car fixed, dealing with my wife's unemployment, waiting on a certain issue, etc.

I still stayed consistent with training for length though.

I am experimenting with only 3 angles (down, straight, and behind the cheek). I am curious to see what will happen.

When I came home from work in the morning, I would do red light therapy and erect stretches after gua sha tunica scraping and testicle massage.

Sexy Saturday was meh...Wifey was tired...Oh well...we did our best.

I am dictating this post with speech to text.

I am at my second stop for tonight as a truck driver.

I haven't trained Monday or Tuesday either physical training or PE due to specific challenges that put me on the shelf.

Everything from my wife's car having issues, my daughter being ill, trying to get new internet service which had to be put off for another day due to configuration issues in our home, to trying to take my wife's car to the mechanic only for her to change her mind because she stated that she is waiting for her a call from the staffing agency and she might need the car for this week, to me having to schedule a car appointment for this weekend for her car to have it checked out, to rescheduling the internet services for another day, to me having attention headache from all the negative stress I was experiencing yesterday and I end up throwing up after doing a post inspection on the truck, to barely staying awake when I was driving home from work yesterday.

So yeah there is a lot. Still God is faithful and though my wife is still unemployed and we've been going through challenges as a couple with her unemployment, I have to be still and know that He is God.

I do feel better though because I was able to get off early yesterday and when I came home I just went ahead and took colloidal silver to counteract whatever I was feeling and took my shower and went straight to bed.

So maybe I'll have training tomorrow Lord willing

Welp, I went to work and drove to the terminal only to discover that my routes were canceled today. Womp, womp, womp. 🤦‍♂️ The terminal manager stated I had three choices: 1) Take PTO, 2) Take Vacation Day, or 3) Take no payday.

I had 16 hours of vacation time left so I prayed silently to God for wisdom and decided to take the vacation day (reluctantly).

I drove home and God helped turn the lemons into lemonade because the floodgates of blessings came:

1) My wife got called for a job interview! (fire)
2) I rushed out to go to work earlier and only had time to do SSJs in the shower. They were quick and had little expansion. Now I could do my full routine! 🤩
3) My TENS unit came in the mail along with a new Ace bandage plus two rollers which I will use to make my makeshift power jelq gym. 😍

I haven't listed my current supplement stack in a while so I'll do that now:

Morning:
  • Megafood 55+ Men's vitamin (once a day - one tablet)
  • Solaray Propolis Plus (one tablet)
  • Amazing Nutrition Vitamin C (one tablet)
Evening:
  • Nutricost Whey Protein Shake (two scoops - 50 grams of protein) combined with coconut milk (approximately one cup)
  • Nutricost Creapure (1 scoop) - added to whey shake or magnesium drink depending on my mood
  • Cal-Mag Fizz (magnesium supplement) (one scoop) added to filtered water
  • Amazing Nutrition Vitamin C (two tablets)
  • Nutricost Nattokianse (1 capsule)

PS I will also give my assessment of using the massage rollers on the lingam. I have noticed very powerful results!

I am at the mechanic shop to have our car fixed... Thus I shall reveal the modification I discovered with SSJ.

Again, refrain from this exercise if you do not have over 6 months of experience with PE. This exercise must be weighed by risk vs reward. Attempt at your own risk.

Okay... Let me introduce you to the modified SSJ that I am calling "The Juggernaut."

1) Get in to the same position for SSJ with hand placement, stand and face a wall.

2) Now the hand that you would use to grab under the glans and rotate for SSJs... While grabbing under the glans, you would place that hand (the hand holding under the glans) against the wall.

3) Next you can use your hips to carefully push your lingam against the wall to add pressure and you can circle the shaft using the hand that is gripped at the base. The hand under the glans would be stationary.

SSJs is all about creating pressure and with the use of a wall, the pressure is increased manifold.

After doing 5 minutes (carefully), my lingam felt spent and the pressure was incredible. The shaft expansion was insane.

So there you have it... The Juggernaut!

Next, I'll review about the massage rollers. I purchased them from the HSA store:


One can place them in the freezer. I did not.

I attempted to use both rollers together to make a bootleg version of the Power Jelqs tool and my experiment failed miserably. lol

Instead, I would alternate the small and large roller and massage the front, sides, and underbelly of my lingam. I can add pressure and go light if I want.

Similar to the gua sha blade, the rollers help circulation.

My morning wood was fantastic the next day.

Man, this reminds so much of the old hanging and jelqing method. You hang, and while hanging, you add volumized pressures through a wrap, ring, or OK grip and just go buck wild with the twists. AndyKO (nick name to cause girls to pass out from intense orgasms) used to do this. We analyzed this and changed it to lateral stretches (hanging but the penis is pull straight out) and twisted during the high pressured volume. Does the Juggernaut method works? Yes, it does. I can even prove it.

But, be warned that this method is definely for the advanced PE-ers. As our brother said, it requires the penis to be primed a conditioned. Why? This method causes extreme micro tears just like the Length Master bundled routines with aggressive contortion using aggressive dynamic stretches.
 
Including this exercise with pumping will bring even greater expansion as in the 5x5x3. I appreciate a new exercise so thank you. I hope more brothers step up and give us exercises that are not yet listed.
 
Also, I purchased and assembled a rebounder (mini-trampoline), another force multiplier for PE and overall health!


 
P.S. I am considering rebounding after a PE session and wondering how my body would respond afterward. I am theorizing that rebounding would help exponentially increase the benefits of PE. I will see.
