I the suffering after coming home from work due to seasonal allergies.
I came home at approximately 2:00 in the morning and when I went to bed I couldn't sleep because my nose was so stuffed up.
I got up and went to the neighborhood convenience store to pick up a nasal spray, I sprayed the inside of my nostrils, and I could breathe again so I can sleep that was about 4:00 a.m. ish.
I did nsdr since I woke up in the morning and stayed in the bed until 11:15 a.m.
I truly wanted to do length work however with eating breakfast / lunch, doing dishes for my wife, then getting ready for work... I need to strategize about a way to get a shorter length session or the minimum effective dose for stretching.
So this will require some prayer and strategizing.
