My sleep has been going well. I get 7 hours of sleep and if I wake up to use the bathroom, I grab my headphones and listen to a guided NSDR to take advantage of deep rest.
Funny how I'm not the only one listening to something useful before, during, and after sleeping. I use the reading materials (with synthetic voices) to dictate info while I do other things, even when I reply to MOS posts. Good informative white noises that can put anyone into deep sleep in 20 minutes.
 
Bro, can I ask how old you are? Seems like your methods are starting to work for you. You went from no morning wood to practical puberty!

He provides incredible details that make most worldwide health loggers feel ashamed. He may be one of the highest contributers that crack the ED and PE codes for the next generations to come, like how DLD crack the codes for PE.

I attempted to use the length Master on the base again and I did not do any bundling during the stretches.

I will need to check once I get home from work to see if there was any skin tearing because there was a slight skin deformity on the shaft.

I used the gua sha for tunica scraping and to smooth out the deformity.

If there was any slight injury or tearing then I will need to take a week off.

Here is a quick update since I'm at my second stop:

On Sunday I used the SizeGenetics at 1200 tension with smaller bars added to it for an hour and then I release the tension and just kept it extended so I went to bed.

On Monday I did the five times three girth and I went up to 13 to 13.5 on my first set (the last minute of the 5 minutes) through pulse pumping. The idea came to me also to do ultimate jelqing or C-jelqs after a rep of SSJs or between sets for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

On Tuesday I did a all day wrap.

For today I did five times three after my first set I briefly, very briefly, went up to 15.

I was pressed for time so I followed a program from Hink and added a 2 minute break between sets based on human studies for penis enlargement.

I used pulse pumping to play with various air pressure. Afterwards, my lingam was thick.

This was a better result than Wednesday's training where I stimulated myself too much and reached the point of no return after girth training. The thickness left in a hurry. Mistakes help me to learn.

P.S. You may wonder why I didn't go up to 13, 14, or 15. I want to be safe and have (as Hink says) a functioning pee-pee. 😆

I know there are practitioners here that want to work in the phantom zone of air pressure (13 to 15 HG) and I respect their grind. I rather not risk it.

To be frank, this was probably the best stretching session I've had yet!

The idea came to me to do the stretches in my daughter's room since she's off to college and this offers the bathroom to be free for my wife to use.

I can just close the door and do my training. The other benefit is that I have my old computer desk located in her room so I can hoist my feet up onto the desk and lean back in the chair in order to grab a deeper stretch. This was indeed an amazing session! 🤩

On the side note, Sexy Saturday with my wife was meh. Even if I took Vigor, my EQ was not there. I now have positive proof that emotional state affects EQ no doubt because I was bit upset at her.

I got up and went to the neighborhood convenience store to pick up a nasal spray, I sprayed the inside of my nostrils, and I could breathe again so I can sleep that was about 4:00 a.m. ish.

I did nsdr since I woke up in the morning and stayed in the bed until 11:15 a.m.

I truly wanted to do length work however with eating breakfast / lunch, doing dishes for my wife, then getting ready for work... I need to strategize about a way to get a shorter length session or the minimum effective dose for stretching.

So this will require some prayer and strategizing.

              • Held the 12Hg for 1 minute then pulse pumping starting from 6Hg going up from 6 then 6.5, etc. (changing air pressure every 30 seconds)
            • 2nd set - 9Hg (threshold)
              • Held the 9Hg for 2 minutes (by mistake...whoops) then pulse pumping starting from 6Hg then going up from 6 then 6.5, etc. (changing air pressure every 30 seconds)
          • 3rd set - 10Hg (threshold)
            • Held the 10Hg for 1 minute then pulse pumping starting from 6Hg going up from 6 then 6.5, etc. (changing air pressure every 40 seconds)
    • 2 minute break between sets
      • Gua Sha scraping

Breathtaking training today! I am thankful to the Lord for giving me the inspiration to do my training in my daughter's room where I can have privacy and my wife can freely use the bathroom with no interruptions!

I even dabble in Growth Hormone holding of the breath during SSJs.

I also heard my wife comment during Sexy Saturday (paraphrasing): "My...it's huge!" 😍 🙌 🙌 🙌
 
The best proof of growth is our mates reaction. I am also pleased you have good privacy. Nothing kills a pe routine more than a knock on the door.

    • 9hg threshold - set 3 - held for 1 minute then drop to zero and rapid pumping to 9, drop to 6 then rapid pumping to 9, various air pressure drop then rapid pumping to 9.

Man, you have an extremely meticulous and rigorous routine. I have a few questions if you don’t mind. Truly inspiring!

1) You are doing Bundled Stretches in front of the Lumebox. Are these manual stretches or with the Lengthmaster?
2) Where did you find this rapid pumping routine and how long did you wait before implementing it into your daily routine? This seems like it would be effective.
3) Do you only air pump? If not do you find it more effective than hydro pumping?

  1. Manual stretches. I work as a truck driver so my time is limited before I go to work.
  2. The idea was first introduced to me by Janus Biforns when I use to do the Angion Method. Later BD came along and refined the technique and gave it the name Pulse Pumping. @oldandlively also has helped me to refute the technique with his comments to others on this forum and his comments on my posts. Once I became familiar with SRT, the idea to use pulse pumping seemed like a no-brainer. I did a regular pumping routine for probably 3 to 6 months before SRT .
  3. I use to hydro however the time to drain the trap, fill up with water, etc. As a trucker, time is my most valuable asset. Air doesn't require a lot of steps.

Oh my goodness I am so sorry. My thoughts and prayer for you

By God's grace, we are safe. No damage in the apartment building we live at. Our electricity went out in our apartment building from 9:27 am yesterday and returned at about 5 pm-ish today. My Mom prayed and decreed that God would restore our electricity and He did! Don't mess with a praying mom! 😅

Question @DLD for full-on SRT...In the picture for length, I see this directive: 4 sets of 30 seconds of Bundles stretches.

Is this warm-up set or is this directive for the exercises listed after?

Behind the cheeks should be done for 30 second sets and going for 5 sets for best results. Are the rest of your stretches done with LengthMaster?
