Progress thread Haursen's Comeback

Creatine has a necessary counter balance. Imagine adding high octane to the fuel and not enough oxygen to counter the higher explosive needs. It's running rich. Creatine forces the body to uptake the magnesium to counter the off balance because the body uses creatine for cellular activities in fuel producing. When the body becomes too hot and stressed during the energy production, it uses magnesium to cool down. But when the system needs the balance between the hot-cool processes, it needs lipids to act as a bridge, like oil to lubricant for both heat-friction and cooling.

Hope that explains the weirdness.
Very smart post!

📣 Late to the Party, But the Gains Never Stop! 📅

Lingam Confessions: Thanksgiving Edition 🦃

Hey, brothers of the stretch! First, let me apologize for this late entry. Thanksgiving was excellent...our traditional Italian Thanksgiving because we are not turkey people. 😄 The only thing I managed on Thanksgiving was wrapping my lingam (consider it the VIP treatment for a day off).

Now, let’s get back to business. It was the day after the feast, and my lingam wasn’t about to rest any longer. 💪

🛌 The Basics: Food Coma Recovery Mode
  • Sleep: 7 hours and 55 minutes. Not bad, but not quite dreamy.
  • Morning Wood: None. Le sigh... Maybe the lasagna stuffed me up too much.

🎢 From “Nah” to “Let’s Do This!”

I wasn’t planning on a workout today. My lazy side was winning. But then I thought: Forget it... let’s go! 🚀 And boy, am I glad I did.

Here’s how it went down:
  1. 6 Minutes Total Package Stretching
My lingam, bundled and cozy, basked in the glow of the Lumebox. It feels futuristic, doesn’t it? 🚀
  2. Celestial Stretching:
    • BTC (Between-the-Cheeks): 6 minutes. You know you’re committed when you get this personal with yourself.
    • Downward Stretch: 6 minutes. Gravity is my friend today.
    • Front-Facing Stretch: 6 minutes.
    • Now, here’s where things got expressive:
    • For the final minutes of the front stretch, I grabbed my trusty exercise band and got expressive. Think stretch and feel the feels!
    • Then, for good measure, I got on all fours and tugged back and forth for some next-level expressive stretching. Felt spicy!🔥

🧴 Recovery: The Soothing Session
  • First, I lathered the lingam with organic castor oil and shea butter for some natural healing power. My lingam deserves the best. 🌿✨
  • Before bed, I applied the 70% DMSO + 30% aloe vera creme. It’s like giving your gains a VIP spa day.

Dad Joke to Lighten the Load

What do you call a stretchy turkey?
Gobble-elastic! 🦃😂

Closing Thoughts: Keep Stretching and Loving

Life gets busy, but don’t let that stop you from showing up for yourself (and your marriage bed). Remember: PE isn’t just about the gains; it’s about the confidence, the intimacy, and the love you bring to your marriage with your Sweetie. ❤️

Keep it fun, keep it consistent, and keep on stretching toward greatness!

Girth Week Has Begun! 🎉 Let’s Get Thick With It!

Hey PE crew! 👋

This week, it’s all about girth, baby! That’s right—time to bulk up and thicken out. 🍆💪 But before we get into today’s "thick-tivities," let’s rewind to the weekend where things were, well… thinner than I hoped.

Sexy Saturday: More “Meh” Than Marvelous

Picture this: It’s Sexy Saturday, the vibes are set, and your wife is ready. But your lingam? Not so much. 😅

I forgot to take Vigor, and let’s just say, it showed. My erection wasn’t as firm as it could’ve been, and it was a lackluster experience. 😬

But hey, every day’s a learning day, right? The bright side? We live and learn. 💖

Sleep Report: Almost 8 Hours of Bliss 😴

Today’s sleep stats? A solid 7 hours and 53 minutes! 🎉 I even woke up with 4/5 morning wood. Not bad for a guy with a schedule tighter than his Siliring. 🌳🌄

The Forest Gets a Trim ✂️

Speaking of tight, I finally shaved my pubic hair! Not only does it help with the seal for penis pumping, but wow, did my lingam look massive with the new landscaping. It’s amazing what a little manscaping can do for the view. 😏

Lumebox and Bundled Stretches: The Warm-Up Show 🔥

I kicked off today’s session with 6 minutes of Lumebox warm-up followed by some bundled stretches. There's nothing like twisting things up to prepare for a knotty workout. 🌀💪

3 x 3 x 3 Lingam Workout: No Breaks, All Gains

Today’s workout? The Juggernaut method, of course. 3 x 3 x 3:
  • Technique: Juggernaut with soft erect bends mixed in (gotta keep things interesting).
  • Pace: Non-stop. No breaks. I plowed through the sets like a trucker on a deadline. 🚛💨
The best part? I finished in time for lunch with my wife. Can’t have her grumpy because I’m late—happy wife, happy life!

Recovery: Scrape and Squeeze 🔄

Recovery time was equally epic:
  • Gua Sha Blade: 50 reps on each side of the tunica (left and right).
  • Tight Siliring: 10 minutes at the shaft base.
  • All-Day Siliring: Switched to a large one, which I’ll wear through my trucking shift into the next day. Talk about long-haul gains. 🚛

Lingam Lessons and Loyalty

Today’s session was spectacular, and it’s only the start of Girth Week. Remember, married men: As you grow in your PE journey, stay faithful to your wife. That lingam? It belongs to her and her alone. 💕

Dad Joke to Leave You Smiling:
Why don’t trees do PE?
Because they’re already well-rooted! 🌲😂

Inspirational Quote to Keep You Going:
"Small steps lead to great gains, but a faithful heart will always be the biggest victory."

Keep growing, stay strong, and honor the commitment to your wife. Let’s make this week thicker than ever! 💪

Excellent post! So detailed and i wish other brothers would do the same thing.

Life Happens, and That’s Okay

Hey everyone,

I wanted to pop in and share a little about what’s been going on in my world. It’s nothing earth-shattering, but sometimes it feels good to just put things out there—especially with a community like this.

---
Goodbye, Old Car

For months, I dealt with car troubles. You know how it is—one problem after another until you’re throwing money at it just to keep it running. Finally, my wife and I made the decision to sell it. Did we get what we paid for it? Not even close. Did it sting? Oh yeah. But honestly, letting go of the stress and hassle? That was worth something too.

Sometimes, the real win isn’t about getting what you deserve. It’s about choosing peace over frustration.

---
Stepping Away From a New Job Position

On top of that, I recently resigned from a position. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the right one. Sure, there was more money to be made if I stayed, but at what cost? My mental health and spiritual peace mean more to me than any paycheck.

Walking away might not look like success to some people, but for me, it felt like reclaiming control of my life. And that’s priceless.
---
Your Turn

Life’s full of ups and downs, and sometimes, it’s just nice to vent—even in a place like this. So if you’ve got something weighing on you or a decision you are pleased with, feel free to share (and leave out the details if you need to). Getting it off your chest can be a relief.

Thanks for reading, and here’s to making decisions that bring you peace, not just profit.

A Day in the Life of PE: Stretch, Pump, Repeat 🚀

Hey PE fam!

Let’s kick things off with a little humor because, well, life’s too short not to laugh—even when you’re talking about your lingam.
---
Sleep and No "Rise": The Morning Wasn't Wood-erful 🌅

Last night, I clocked in 7 hours and 28 minutes of sleep. Solid, right? But this morning? No morning wood. Not even a 2/5. My lingam must’ve hit the snooze button. I guess even he needs a day off! 😴
---
Warm-Up Fun: Behind the Cheeks and Red Light Peeks 🔴🍑

Warming up was all about bundle stretches and the Lumebox. Six minutes of red light therapy, including behind the cheeks stretches. You know, because nothing says “dedicated to the process” like contorting your body under a red glow. It’s like flexibility , but for your lingam. ✨
---
Two Times Two Times Two: Pump, Push, and Mercury Dance 🎢

Today’s main event was the 2x2x2 Juggernaut-style workout. While in the pump, I kept things spicy:

First Minute: 12 Mercury.

Second Minute: Interval pumping, up to 12 Mercury, dropping to 8.

Oops Moment: Sometimes I’d dip down to 5 Mercury by mistake before climbing back to 12. What can I say? Let off a bit to much, and so did the pressure! 😂
---
Recovery Time: Rings and Things 💍

For recovery, I slipped on the large Siliring for 10 minutes, then transitioned to the all-day large ring. Nothing beats passive gains while staying hands-free!

The best part? I finished in time for lunch with my wife. A happy wife is way better than locking yourself in the bathroom chasing gains. Trust me on this one. 😅
---
Dad Joke of the Day:

Why did the pump get fired from its job?

Because it just couldn’t handle the pressure! 😂

---
Inspirational Quote:

“Consistency is the secret ingredient to every big transformation."
---

P.S. To my fellow married men: Stay faithful to your wife. Remember, loyalty isn’t just honorable—it’s sexy. The gains you’re making? They’re for her and her alone. Keep your eyes on the prize. 💖

Cheers,

Haursen

It’s Friyay, thank God ! 🙌

Hey PE fronds,

First, let’s take a moment to give thanks to the Lord for bringing us to Friday. Every day is a gift, and today, we unwrap the weekend! Let’s jump into my update.
---
Sleep Report: Stress Stole the Morning Wood 🌘

I clocked a respectable 7 hours and 53 minutes of sleep last night. Sounds great, right? But no morning wood today. Why? Life stressors have been working overtime to mess with my head (and apparently my body). We’ve all been there, but it still stings a bit.

---
Warm-Up: Stretching by the Red Glow 🔴💡

To shake off the stress and get into the groove, I did a 6-minute warm-up with bundled stretches under the Lumebox. Something about that red light makes me feel like a PE superhero gearing up for action. 💪

---
Main Event: Two Times Two Times Two = Beast Mode 🐾

Today’s workout was the Juggernaut Style 2x2x2 formula:

Focused intensity.

Kept the pump pressure steady (12 mercury).

It’s a workout that reminds me how persistence pays off, even on tough days.

---

Recovery: The Same, But Always Effective 🌀

Recovery was classic:

1. Large Siliring for 10 minutes.
2. Switched to the all-day large Siliring for passive gains.

This routine is a keeper. It keeps my recovery game strong without eating into my day.

---
Incredible Challenges, Greater God 🙏

Right now, I’m facing some tough life challenges. It’s one of those seasons where everything feels heavy. But instead of giving up, I’m leaning closer to God. He’s my refuge, my strength, and the only answer to life’s storms. If you’re going through something similar, I encourage you to do the same.

---

A Word to Married Men 💍

Guys, remember: PE isn’t just about physical growth. It’s about enhancing the bond you share with your wife. Stay faithful, honor your commitment, and let PE strengthen the marriage bed for you both. Your gains are for her and her alone.

---
Dad Joke of the Day:

Why did the workout machine get a promotion?

Because it was always raising the bar! 😂

"Storms make trees take deeper roots." – Dolly Parton

Stay strong, stay consistent, and stay faithful. Let’s keep growing, inside and out.

Morning Wood is Back! 🌳

Hey PE troopers,

Quick update: After a bit of a dry spell, my morning wood made a triumphant return today! 🌄 Feels great to wake up with a little extra motivation, if you know what I mean.

Here’s to staying consistent and trusting the process. Keep growing, fellas! 💪

We all face trials by fire brother. However, God's fire is to refine you. I've gone through many of those trials by His fire as well, and he refined me quite a bit. I'm still not as refined as He wanted me to be, but I'm quite stronger and tougher because of those trials by fire. He will reward you like he did with the forefathers which underwent the same trials of Godly fire before us. Always know He loves you and his Holy Spirit dwells in your heart.

Sexy Saturday... More Like Stressy Saturday 😞

Good morning, PE crew,

Well, Sexy Saturday was a total flop. My wife brought up some family issues (as if that wasn’t enough), and then we transitioned to tech troubles. By the time the "discussion marathon" ended, my focus was shot, and let’s just say my lingam wasn’t interested in clocking in for work. Even pumping didn't help. 😔

Sometimes life throws curveballs, even on Sexy Saturday. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Cheers,

H

It’s Length Week! 🚀

Good morning, PE crew! 🌞

I hope you’re all waking up to good vibes and steady progress. I feel extra optimistic today because I got 8 hours and 1 minute of sleep. And guess what? Morning Wood made a 4/5 comeback! 🌳💪

Length Week: Stretch It Like You Mean It 🎵

This week, it’s all about length, strength, and hanging with the big boys. (See what I did there?) 😉

The idea hit me: why not bring in the heavy artillery instead of my usual Celestial Stretch?

It’s inspired by my trusty Thunderbolt Magnum Solar 12V 35Ah Universal Battery, which weighs in at a hefty 43-45 pounds.

Enter…the Ah-mazing Hang!

Ah-mazing Hang (Get it? 35Ah!)
😏

And yes, this exercise is as intense as it sounds. ⚠️ (WARNING: Advanced PE-ers only!)

The Routine: A "Weighty" Experience 🏋️‍♂️

I broke the hang into 6-minute sets to keep it fresh and effective:
  1. Straight Down: Bundled left & right for that extra twist.
  2. BTC (Between the Cheeks): Chair-assisted (literally standing on the chair), no bundle (because, ouch—glans said nope).
  3. Celestial Stretch: Straight out, bundled left & right, with bonus pelvic tugs or gyrations.
Results? My ligs felt like they’d been through an intergalactic tug-of-war. The Ah-mazing Hang and Celestial Stretch combo delivered the intense pull I was aiming for. 🚀

Recovery: Heal Thy Lingam 🦋

After all that stretching, my lingam demanded TLC. So, I gave it the full 12-minute Lumebox treatment. The red light worked its healing powah, helping me bounce back. To seal the deal, I applied a mix of castor oil and hydrocortisone (yes, you read that right), then wrapped up with my trusty all-day wrap.

Dad Joke of the Day:

Why don’t weights ever take a vacation?
Because they can’t handle being off balance! 😂

Inspirational Quote:

"Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you don’t belong." – N. R. Narayana Murthy

To the Married Men:

Fellas, remember: PE isn’t just for you. It’s for her, too. Let it enhance your bond and bless your marriage bed. Your lingam belongs to your wife and your wife alone—loyalty is sexy, and commitment is king. 💖

Stay consistent, stay humble, and keep hanging in there (literally).

Cheers,

H

Excellent update. Love the inspirational quote and Dad 😃 joke

12-10-24: Rest Day Reflections: Fun, Flexibility, and 4.5 Morning Wood! 🌞

Good evening , PE crew!

Ah, rest days—where gains are solidified and the body gives you a big thumbs-up. 👍 Last night, I had 7 hours and 8 minutes of blissful sleep, and guess what? Morning wood made an epic appearance at a solid 4.5/5. I couldn’t believe it! 😲
---
The Catalyst for the Wood Phenomenon 🌳

I think I owe this woodsy miracle to Dr. Andrew Huberman’s podcast featuring Dr. Kelly Starrett. They talked about mobility, the pelvic floor, and how spending time on the floor can do wonders for your body.

So, when I got home from work, I rolled out a mat and got to work:

Sat on the floor to make my protein shake.

Drank my magnesium while seated.

Did some animal-inspired movements like the monkey, frog, and 90/90 stretches to loosen up my hips.

It felt playful and refreshing—like I was tapping into some primal energy! The way Huberman emphasized the importance of pelvic floor health has got me really curious about diving deeper into this area. If it leads to better erections, count me in!
---
The "Fun Factor" Philosophy 🎉

This got me thinking: “Am I having fun?” and “How can I make this more fun?” Whether it’s PE, bouncing on my rebounder, or doing mobility work, I’m taking the approach of playfulness. Why grind through a routine when you can enjoy the journey? So, let’s keep asking ourselves:

Is this fun?

How can I make this fun or playful?

A little laughter and lightheartedness go a long way!
---
Dad Joke of the Day:

Why did the hip get invited to all the parties?

Because it’s always so hip with movement! 🕺

Inspirational Quote:

"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live." – Jim Rohn

Here’s to rest, recovery, and rediscovering the joy in all we do. Stay playful, PE enthusiasts, and let’s keep growing—mind, body, and soul.

Cheers,

H

Good Morning!

I'm back!

Have you heard of the Hero's Journey? I feel like I've been on one during my time away—especially with my PE training. If not, you can look at THIS example because I feel like I have been on a hero's journey regarding PE and life.

Where Have You Been?

Life has been very challenging—about 10 times more challenging than usual! I'm still a professional driver and now have a new route with little breaks in-between. My wife and I suffered a sudden loss in the family, so I have been there for my loved ones. My wife is still looking for a job. We have really been through a lot.

Are You Still PE-ing?

Yes, Dear Watson, I am still PE-ing and have been experimenting (you know me if you have followed this progress log) with a new method.

Have you heard of Tabata? If not, you can find the definition HERE.

TLDR: It is a type of exercise routine that uses short bursts of work and rest.

Tabata works well because it balances work and rest.

I thought, why not use Tabata for my PE training?

The idea came to me why not apply the principles of Tabata to PE? 🤔

Thus, I have been using the pump and SSJs with a Tabata Timer! Tabata seems to be the sweet spot being work and rest.

I would set the whole training time for say 20+ minutes and switch between SSJs and pumping.
  • For warm-up, I blast my lingam with the Lumebox for 6 minutes then strap into the Lengthmaster 3 and do 6 minutes of bundled stretching.
  • In the training period, I will do two sets of SSJs and two sets of pumping.
  • For the SSJs, I will do the SS for 20 seconds and during the rest period, I will do either squeezes or caterpillars (I do not recall the "official name").
  • Currently, with pumping, I am doing interval pumping where I will start at 4 or 4.5 Hg and this goes up from the baseline to a top-line pressure (I think on the first set I get up to 7 or 8 Hg). On the second set, I start with 4 or 4.5 Hg go to 8hg and climb up to 12 or 12.5 Hg.
  • The training concludes with SSJs then I use the Lumebox for healing.
I have noticed almost no swelling, but the skin on my lingam has been dry and peeling. I think this may be because of the dry winter weather or from new skin growth. These are just my ideas.

I focus mostly on girth training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, I use the Size Genetics machine for about 2 hours and then wrap up. I also wrap after my girth training.

Overall, I'm happy with my training routine. That's all for now—thank you for reading!

P.S. My morning erections are still around 4.0 to 4.5, on and off.

P.S.S. Also @oldandlively is there any way to change the settings of the new forum to where the end user can stay logged in instead of having to input the username and password each time?

Happy to see your post today, I always enjoy reading your updates!

Additionally, I have been spending quite a bit of time in book of Matthew, and thought I could maybe share some encouragement I found this weekend. Specifically, Matt 14:22-32.

Jesus let the disciples whom he loved go through the storm, walked on water to them and then Peter had faith enough to be only the second person ever to walk on water. Peter started sinking but once he returns his eyes and focus back to Jesus he is saved.

I know you got it, but just want to encourage you to have enduring faith during your storms of life and say glad your back to posting!

Here is my current list of supplements:

  1. NOW Foods brand
    1. Adam multivitamin
    2. Hawthorn
    3. Testo Jack 100
  2. Paradise Herbs
    1. Imperial Adaptogen
  3. KalmAssure
    1. Magnesium Citrate
  4. Doctor's Best
    1. Nattokinase
A little late but if you want a good T-booster, get the herb Tongkat ali of good quality. This is the only supplement that is scientifically proven to naturally boost test quite significantly (For example vitamin d and magnesium I don't consider t boosters). There is studies on it and depending on your starting T levels it can increase levels by up to 30%.
I have this supplement myself and it works great

I used to be a PE veteran so to speak however when the scandemic hit, I had stopped altogether.

Suggestion to keep views of politics and religion to yourself. This is a PE forum. Since 2020 I lost both of my parents (75 & 82), one 1/2 brother (63), almost lost my 1/2 sister (59), and they lost their step father (77) all due to the "scandemic" respiratory complications. Just because something didn't immediately affect your life and confirmation bias, does not mean that others didn't receive the full fucking brunt of what you claim doesn't exist.

Welcome back brother. It's good to see your logs and life journey humors again.

We'll defintely keep your family in our prayers. Think of it as a period of time where God is refining your hearts and minds through His holy fire, strengthening that spirit of a hero. I'm truly sorry to hear the loss of a loved one. It's something that we never like to see, hear, or go through.

Looks like you are experimenting a new divergent approach to PE. DLD is doing something similar on his own divergence since he has plenty of time on his hand. Can't wait to see your divergence progression and results.

P.S.S. Also @oldandlively is there any way to change the settings of the new forum to where the end user can stay logged in instead of having to input the username and password each time?
Got it brother. It's mainly for the security to prevent recent account hacking attempts. The forum was hit multiple times by hacking bots from those who used infected devices, or rather, devices set up to attack. This is why the security measure to cut off the connection every hour is to prevent hacked devices using their victim connection to hack other forums, including our own. I don't want the same events to happen back in 2010, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020. By the way, notice the 5 years to reflect the 5 different messed up database integration after the hacks.

I'll find a secondary method cookie method to ease up the burden for longer period of time.

P.S.S. Also @oldandlively is there any way to change the settings of the new forum to where the end user can stay logged in instead of having to input the username and password each time?

Forgot to mention something. Do you have browser's login and password manager to save the info for quick login? That will shave your login method to a mere one second.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm very sorry for your losses. I appreciate that this is a sensitive topic for many, however, this is my progress log, and I hope we can focus on the purpose of the forum.

If you would like to discuss the term 'scamdemic' further, I’d be happy to talk about it privately through DM or email, or in a separate forum thread.

I use a password manager so that area is covered and yes,the stay logged in option is back! Thank you! I hope this is not a burden. If it is and security is the main concern, feel free to leave the option off.

Thank you for the suggestion. I found the claim 'the only supplement' surprising and had some reservations about it.

Per my research with my favorite research assistant, Perplexity AI:

Tongkat Ali's Role in Testosterone Enhancement: A Critical Evaluation of Exclusivity Claims

The assertion that Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) is "the only supplement scientifically proven to naturally boost testosterone quite significantly" requires scrutiny against clinical evidence, comparative studies, and methodological rigor. This analysis integrates findings from peer-reviewed trials, meta-analyses, and independent safety evaluations to assess the validity of this claim.

Clinical Efficacy of Tongkat Ali in Testosterone Modulation

Evidence in Hypogonadal Populations

A 2022 meta-analysis of nine studies (232 participants) demonstrated that Tongkat Ali supplementation (100–600 mg/day for 2 weeks to 6 months) significantly increased testosterone levels in men with baseline testosterone <300 ng/dL, with a large effect size (Hedge’s g = 1.9). For example:

  • A 6-month trial using 200 mg/day elevated testosterone from 278 to 400 ng/dL in androgen-deficient men1.
  • A 12-week study showed increases from 187–203 ng/dL (100 mg/day) and 200–225 ng/dL (200 mg/day) in subclinical hypogonadism1.
These improvements correlate with symptom relief in late-onset hypogonadism (LOH), as evidenced by a 2011 trial where 200 mg/day for 1 month normalized testosterone in 90.8% of participants and resolved aging-related symptoms2.

Limited Impact in Eugonadal Individuals

In men with normal testosterone (>300 ng/dL), the same meta-analysis found nonsignificant effects (g = 0.8)1. A 2-week trial administering 600 mg/day elevated testosterone from 871 to 969 ng/dL—a statistically notable but clinically marginal change1. This suggests efficacy is context-dependent, confined primarily to deficient populations.

Comparative Analysis with Other Testosterone-Boosting Supplements

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)

A 2020 randomized controlled trial (RCT) in infertile men showed 5 g/day of ashwagandha root powder increased testosterone by 17% over 3 months, alongside improved semen parameters5. Another study noted a 14.7% testosterone rise in overweight men using 600 mg/day for 8 weeks1. Mechanisms include luteinizing hormone (LH) upregulation and oxidative stress reduction in Leydig cells5.

Zinc and Vitamin D

  • Zinc: A trial in deficient males demonstrated a 30% testosterone increase with 30 mg/day supplementation via enhanced steroidogenesis1.
  • Vitamin D: Overweight men with insufficiency experienced a 20% testosterone elevation after 12 months of 3,000 IU/day, mediated by vitamin D receptor activation in testes1.
These results contradict the exclusivity claim, demonstrating multiple supplements exhibit comparable or superior efficacy in specific cohorts.

Methodological Limitations and Industry Bias

Funding Conflicts and Publication Bias

Over 70% of Tongkat Ali trials, including those cited in the 2022 meta-analysis, were funded by Biotropics Malaysia Berhad—the manufacturer of Physta®, the extract used in studies16. This introduces potential bias, evidenced by:

  • Selective reporting of positive outcomes (e.g., highlighting hypogonadal subgroups while underemphasizing null results in eugonadal men)1.
  • Small sample sizes (n < 50 in 80% of studies), reducing statistical power1.
  • Significant publication bias (Egger’s test p = 0.02), suggesting unpublished negative data1.

Safety and Contamination Risks

Commercial Tongkat Ali products exhibit batch variability, with some containing heavy metals exceeding safety thresholds:

  • Lead: 1.2–3.8 ppm (vs. WHO limit: 1.0–2.5 ppm)4.
  • Mercury: 0.05 ppm (within limits), but regional variations risk higher contamination4.
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) warns of genotoxic risks at doses ≥400 mg/day, citing in vitro DNA damage1.

Conclusion

While Tongkat Ali demonstrates clinically meaningful testosterone elevation in hypogonadal men, the claim of exclusivity is unfounded. Ashwagandha, zinc, and vitamin D have robust evidence supporting their efficacy, often with fewer safety concerns. Tongkat Ali’s benefits are population-specific, and its research landscape is marred by industry conflicts and methodological flaws.

Recommendations for Evidence-Based Use

  1. Targeted Application: Reserve Tongkat Ali for confirmed hypogonadism (total testosterone <300 ng/dL) under medical supervision.
  2. Quality Verification: Opt for NSF/UL-certified products to mitigate heavy metal risks4.
  3. Holistic Strategies: Combine supplementation with resistance training and sleep optimization for synergistic effects1.
In summary, Tongkat Ali is one of several evidence-backed options for testosterone support, not the sole scientifically validated choice.

  3. Holistic Strategies: Combine supplementation with resistance training and sleep optimization for synergistic effects1.

Ashwagandha has some benefits yes, although 5g/day is A LOT. Most supplements have a 200-400 and at most 600mg/ day dosage. 5g would cost way too much and probably cause tolerance quite quickly (and possibly side effects).
As I tried to explain vitamin D, zinc and magnesium, I do not count as T-boosters. They simply help support testosterone production. If you are deficient in these it can help with supplementation. This is why these ingredients are found in many t-boosters. It's a fancy way of including ingredients that "can help" but don't actually do anything unless you are highly deficient.

Hence why I stated that tongkat ali is one of the few supplements that actually work to help Increase actual t levels, not help with "support of production".

Excellent workout! You may want to try some hydrocortisone at the dry spot until it heals and then use hydrocortisone all over the penis 1 time per day. This will keep you penis in good shape avoiding any skin issues.

No. We're being loved and hammered by 200+ people at the same time. Our bandwith was completely maxed out as people watch the videos.

Hey, I wanted to give bullet point post on nuances in my previous training that I failed to note:
  • When doing the Tabata Titans (name is still being workshopped), I lie down for all my rounds. Alhtough Janus has been a controversial figure in the PE world, there may be merit to performing training while lying down.
  • When I perform SSJs, I do them on the side instead of vertical and add pressure by swirling with my dominant hand and using my other hand at the base to bring my hands together.
  • For supplementation, I am also taking fulvic/humic minerals and MegaFoods magnesium complex.

Today's Optimization (Rest Day):
  • 4 minutes Tabata using the rebounder
  • Post workout drink
  • 3 hour (the goal today) with SizeGenetics
When I arrived home this morning from work, I blasted my lingam with the Lumebox for 6 minutes and later I combined hydrocortisone with DMSO then applied with an organic cotton ball to the shaft. I was sore from the wrap and made sure to allow the mixture to dry before doing to bed.

I also had my magnesium drink with one capsule of dandelion root before bed.

Morning erection was 4.5/5.

I have never done pe while laying down. I wiĺl have to try this to give my best opinion. What benefits are you experiencing with this?

that is just fine. Just be sure you are seeing expansion after your session. You should see this expansion or you may need to adjust to something more intense

Very good that you are using hydrocortisone as it will always be a solid way to keep your skin healthy. When the skin is in good shape will allow you to go longer and harder.
Morning erection was 4.5/55.
That is a good thing, I never wake with an erection but that never stopped me from gaining. Maybe it's my age.

Lying down prevents blood from circulating to other areas and prevents unnecessary pressure on the pelvic floor due to sitting.

I think this allows more fullness for girth work. With the combination of Tabata Titans and lying down, I am creating ideal environment for max expansion.

I do similar method, where my body upper body is inclined at 35 degrees, with legs and to abdomens at flat. Heart is elevated a 14in above normalized pressure zone to prevent systemic blood inclusion. In other words, keep your ticker just slightly above the penis to create a pressuring effects, while the blood in the pelvic region and below used as pressure control to push as much blood to pool into the pelvic region as possible Think of a water tank of top of the hill that provide pressures to the homes below the hill with as little power to pump the water to each home as possible.

Today's Trainercise was the same as this post.

The major difference is that I added the elevated method (35 degrees), which involves placing a pillow diagonally across my upper back.

After training, I can say that the expansion was scary...Girthzilla 🦖 has been unlocked!

P.S. My morning wood was a staggering 5/5 this morning, which is strange considering that I took two capsules of activated charcoal before bed (nothing more)to counteract eating store-bought chips with MSG. I didn't notice until after the fact. Whomp Whomp. 🙄

What exercise(s) are you us doing to bring such great girth?

Hi,

I wanted to see if the work I am doing for girth is working so I took girth measurements and here is what I discovered (I took the measurements for training on 2-28-25):
  • PLB/AS: 4.06 inches
  • ALB: 4.17 inches
  • AWR: 4.76 inches
The first measure is after I came out of the cold shower and before I used the Lumebox.

The second measure is after the Lumebox (6 minutes).

The third is after all of my training and without a lingam ring.

At first I was depressed at the numbers so I asked ChatGPT for insight and here is what it said:

Based on your measurements and the sequence of your PE routine, here's how I see it:

  1. Before Warm-Up (PLB/AS: 4.06 inches)
    • This is your baseline measurement before doing any work.
  2. After 6 Minutes of Lumebox Red Light Therapy (ALB: 4.17 inches)
    • You saw a 2.71% increase, which suggests that the red light therapy might have boosted circulation and slightly expanded your tissue. This is a positive response since even a small increase before actual training indicates good blood flow activation.
  3. Post-Workout After Removing the Cock Ring (AWR: 4.76 inches)
    • You experienced a 14.15% increase from ALB and an overall increase of 17.2% from your pre-warmup measurement.
    • This is a significant expansion, showing that your girth exercises were effective at engorging the tissue and creating a post-workout expansion effect.

Was This Workout a Success?

Yes! Based on these numbers:

✅ Good warm-up response (red light therapy contributed to a measurable increase).
✅ Significant post-workout expansion (girth work resulted in a noticeable increase).
✅ Minimal drop-off between warm-up and post-exercise measurement (meaning your training sustained and built upon the expansion rather than losing it quickly).

If your goal is temporary expansion that may lead to long-term gains, this session looks productive. The real test will be whether repeated sessions help cement that expansion into lasting progress. If you continue seeing similar results consistently, you’re likely on the right track!

==================

Also, I have noticed micro tears on the shaft of my lingam due to high pressure (I am realizing that anything over 10 Hg is causing expansion too rapidly and the skin cannot adapt). Thus I will need to stay in the 10 Hg zone.
