Days 189-302: Hanging - 5 days on, 2 days off
Air pumping/Hydro pumping - 2 days on, 2 days off

Warm up - 10 minutes
LengthMaster stretches - 10 minutes
Hardcore hanging - 3x20 minutes at 2.27kg (5lbs)
ADS - 2 to 4 hours
Hydro7 - 10 minutes


I'll be switching from hardcore and vacuum hanging depending on what kind of time I have
 
Days 303-305:
Warm up - 10 minutes
LengthMaster stretches - 10 minutes
Hardcore hanging - 3x20 minutes at 2.27kg (5lbs)
ADS - 2 to 4 hours
Air pump - 15 minutes
Cockring - 20 minutes

Vacuum pumping - 19 minutes at 5hg, 1 minute at 7hg
Cock ring - 20 minutes
ADS - 3 hours

No worries DLD, you gotta care for your health. That always comes first. The MOS community needs our captain to stay around for a long time

Vacuum and hydro pumping every other day - 14 minutes at 5hg, 1 minute at 7hg; 1x10 minutes
ADS - 2-3 hours

Sometimes I wear a vac extender in-between hanging sets for about an hour. Great flaccid hang

Hardcore hanging - 3x20 minutes at 3.18kg (7 lbs); 2x20 minutes at 2.27kg (5 lbs)
Hydro pumping every other day - 1x10 minutes 85%-90% pressure
ADS - 5 hours

Recently incorporated supplements to my routine:
L-Citrulline - 3g
Tribulus Terrestris - 1500mg
Horny Goat Weed - 1000mg
Cordyceps - 1000mg
Ginseng - 1000mg
Maca - 1000mg
Pineapple extract - 500mg
Bioperine - 10mg

At times, flaccid is heavier and erections are even harder. Didn't know that was a possibility haha. It's only been a few days with these supplements, but time will tell

Warm-up - 10-20 minutes

Hardcore hanging - 3x20 minutes at 4.1kg (7-9 lbs); 2x20 minutes at 3.18kg (7 lbs)
Air pumping - 15 minutes at 5hg, 1 minute at 7hg
ADS - 4 to 5 hours
