Day 120: Rest/Measurement Day
I took a de conditioning break so lost the very little bit of gains I had, but that's okay. I'll stop measuring MSEG since I'm not looking for girth gains at the moment.
Before:
18.4 cm (7.25 in) BPEL
17 cm (6.7 in) NBPEL
14 cm (5.5 in) NBPFL
20.3 cm (8 in) BPFSL

Now:
19 cm (7.5 in) BPEL
17.5 cm (6.9) NBPEL
14 cm (5.5) NBPFL
20.3 cm (8 in) BPFSL
 
Whatever you lost you’ll get back within the first few days so I have no worries about that. I’m just happy to see you’re back from your break
 
Day 121: A.M. to P.M.
Warm up - 20 minutes
LengthMaster bundled stretches - 12 minutes
Extender - 6 hours
ADS - 4 hours

Running out of bars. When I do, I'll just go back to hanging. Extending has its own perks, hanging gives the intensity I'm looking for

MityVac - 5 minutes at 5hg, 1 minute jelq
VacExtender - 2 hours
 
I love how you’re using the power assist exercises, so many people do not know about them and they were so powerful. Anyone who is interested in fulcrum stretching should check out the power assist exercises.

This is very true. I've had a few good lig pops in the past thanks to fulcrum stretching from the PA

Picking up slowly. EQ has been raised quite well with this new routine

that’s great to hear about your EQ and I also have gained very good EQ over the last month. I started to do Kegels again and everything got better pretty quickly. So now I know that Kegels will be important through our entire life to keep our EQ in tiptop condition. I simply stopped doing them about a year ago and my EQ has suffered because of it. So it feels good to have that strength back and to get 100%erect

Tell me about it. I'm so lazy, I'm surprised there's still drive to do PE. I'd rather pay for a pill sometimes (xd)

Thanks for the update my brother it looks like things are going very well. I have one suggestion for you and that is to do five minutes of bundled stretching before you start your work out. This will allow you to take up much more size by pre-stretching your Tunica. Try it out let me know how it goes
