Thanks DLD. One thing I had to learn and still learn in PE is that I have to put in the work. And if what I do doesn't work, I gotta find something else that does. I'm just now truly understanding that it is a journey instead of a quick road trip.

Day 147: A.M.
Warm up - PowerAssist stretches - 5 minutes
Extending - 9 hours
Bathmate - 8 minutes at 95% pressure

Just got done with 9 hours and the fatigue is amazing. I hope I can keep this up

fatigue equals gains! Whenever were able to stretch during a state of fatigue there’s nothing holding back that stress because your pelvic floor muscles are way too tired.

Jelqing - 5 minutes
MityVac - 1x15 minutes at 5hg
Jelqing - 5 minutes
 
Days 152 - 163: A.M.
Warm up - PowerAssist stretches - 5 minutes
Extender - 2 to 5 hours
MityVac - 1x15 minutes at 5hg
ADS - usually rest of day
 
It is sad to say I need to step away from PE for a little but. Some injuries coupled with personal problems have hindered me from staying active up here. I will be back as soon as I can

Chin up bro, it happens to us all, there are much more important things happening other than PE, especially if injured, stay safe and come back soon bud

MityVac - 10 minutes at 3Hg
Extender - 6 hours, 3 hours each with no tension

Slowly getting back into it. Feels good

De-conditioning was something I needed. I get too excited and tend to overdo it to try and "win the race" so to speak. Let's see how this new approach goes.
