I'm enjoying the intensity, but I think I need to start listening to my body. Do you believe in the concept of physiological indicators DLD?

Like indicators showing that I'm not doing too much from my routine. For example, not getting morning erections could mean that I'm possibly doing too much with my routine. But if I'm doing the right amount, I shouldn't have problems with morning erections. I'm worried that this may be the case for me, since I stupidly ignored my body. I've come so far and I would hate to stop. But if I have to I would go back to the basics for a while

OK I understand what you’re saying. Indicators of growth are usually soreness at the base, fatigue, hair growing up the shaft, a more stretchable feeling, just a general feeling of more heaviness, maybe some white stretch marks.

Really? I'm not getting any of that (xd)
I've recently found work again, and may not have as much time to hang. Will switching to an extender backtrack what I've done so far?

I believe it because I know you want it! Those indicators if you’re not getting them it does not mean you’re not growing it simply means you’re not getting them. Always rely on the ruler and tape measure.

It has been a few days since I last logged on. Had to stop hanging for a little but, but I'm still using the LM and MityVac.

Days 104-109: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 15 minutes
Power Assist - 10 minutes
MityVac - 1x15 minutes at 5hg every other day
