i used to combine both, lentghmaster on its own will give far more stronger pulling force.For those that hang, I want to incorporate hanging into my pe, I have the lengthmaster combo already and have experimented a little with hanging. Any input on a good routine would be most appreciated. Thanks brothers.
Impressive results, congrats for the progress you've made so far.I just started the SRT program - length only as I’m over 6” of girth already and focus is on length right now. My ADS is a silicone sleeve that I wear for 6-8 hours after stretching. I’m so close to 8”. Goal is 8.5X6.5-7 any advice would be appreciated.
not yet, go slow into progession, max out every exercise, stay on your current routine until you see no more gains, max out the bundles for more intensity. when your gains stop then you progress into bundled Downward stretches, and stay until you max out the gains, only then btc comes. If you switch right now to btc you can a little but you wont gain all the potential that you can had you followed this progression above.Should I be doing just the BTC bundled stretches?
