Hanging and Manual stretches

I just got my Bib but I wanna do the newbie stretches too. Any of you guys use a hanger and manual stretch routine that you've found effective? thanks.

Bib says that hanging is an intense exercise that should be your only length exercise. I would maybe do newbie stretches for awhile then do hanging.

Manual stretching is a great way to warm up and warm down for a hanging session. I suggest doing a brief 10 minute manual stretch warm up and a 5-10 minute manual stretch warm down. Stretch in every direction despite the fact that you should be exclusively lig hanging. There are a lot of tendons and ligaments you can activate and involve in a lig hanging routine if you show them attention every now and then. It'll also help you fit into your hanger better. If you're already loose, attaching a hanger should be very simple.

I am just telling you what he says and he is a hanging pro. If Michael Jordan says your shooting form is off, you should listen to him.

I just use some cotton wrap then wrap that with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words].
