3.what is the starting weight?

I will start to hang with that decent hanger from ebay,but i don't know nothing about hanging...i saw some picture with chair...what the chair have with hanging?ok the starting weight it's 5 lb....just to put the weights on my cock and to strech???

A "hanger from ebay" ? I think that you should reconsider that first of all. Not all hangers are created equal.

Most hangers will hurt you as the weight goes up. Why didn't you go with one of the Bib versions? Please don't say cost, your dick's worth more than $70 USD isn't it?

Maybe I mis-spoke. The hard core is what I use and it's $75 but not for beginners.

However, I do see guys selling their bibs pretty frequently for between $50 and $75. Either they don't have the time or can't get used to hanging.

But still, the top-of-the-line is $130, the starter is $95 and the hard-core is $75. (Got this info here: http://www.bibhanger.com/order.htm)

Years ago I tried a few different ones and finally got a Bib. Now I don't even know where the other ones are or even if I threw them out.
