I've looked at DLD's n00b routine and maybe it's just cause I'm lazy or maybe it's because I lack privacy, but I'm trying to think of a more efficient method for me to use for the routine.
I can get in the jelqs time no problem, but stretching seems to take up more time for me at least and I don't know if it'd be smart or what but I just wondered if maybe instead of stretching I substituted a light weight hanging session of 30 to an 60 minutes instead. I mean I don't know if anyone has really tested it, but I think light weight over a duration will work just as well as increasing weight. A lot of people will disagree with me probably and say you have to be able to force it to stretch further and to do that you have to increase the weight or time. But has anyone set a weight and stayed at that weight and same time span for a long period to test?
Thoughts?
