Aside from the obvious pain while getting the tat... imagine what the healing process must've been like?

The swelling, burning feelings you'll feel the next day...then the intense itchiness of it as it heals. I couldn't (and wouldn't) want to imagine it.

Or getting a spontaneous hard-on while it's still healing must've been agony.

I don't think it would have to be hard for the tattoo, just really stretched out. It would bleed too much if the dude had a hard on...how the fuck could anyone keep it up anyway? Even with Viagra? The only way I could think of is with a tourniquet, but still, I don't think you have to be hard to get your dick tattooed.

If you were hard, you'd bleed like a mutherfucker. You'd bleed anyway, but there's no fat layer on a penis...the needles do not go as deep as you think they would, but a dick has got real thin skin. I really don't know, though... just hypothesizing.

Now you got me thinking it's fake. I've seen other people with their cock and balls fully "sleeved"...heh heh heh so it wouldn't be impossible. The work around his fat pad looks real, and it's an original idea at least, fake or not.

There are obvious differences however between the two shots. It is definately a fake (painted on)

i would say it is a combination of real tats and some paint to show what the finished piece will be. the pics are obviously taken at different times, as there are substantial differences between the two, i think the first is all paint, there is some work done on the second.

the guy's legs are also totally shaved in the second pic, so it is clearly at a different time.

Many tattoos are completed over multiple sessions, that could easily explain the differences. Imagine Penis Enlargement with that though, hehe the dragon is growing.
