Im a huge fan of green tea for both Penis Enlargement and overall health. Green tea has proven to benefit many things such as; cancer, cholesterol levels, arthritis, infection, immune system, energy increase, fat burning and blood flow. Im not a scientist or an expert in any way, just sharing some information from the internet that I thought might be a good read. I have personally found that a few cups of green tea everyday helps with flaccid hang. My tissue feels loose and has great vascularity throughout the day which I do not remember having before drinking green tea. The taste is good and I feel a lot better instead of drinking coffee. :)

A study was jointly conducted by Michael Widlansky from Boston University School of Medicine and DSM Nutritional Products, maker of the Teavigo supplement. Measurements were taken after an initial dose of EGCG (300 milligrams), 2 hours later, and after 2 weeks of supplementation with EGCG (two 150 milligrams per day). EGCG was found to improve blood flow measure Flow Mediated Dilation (FMD) by 21% 2 hours after the initial 300 milligram dose. However, similar improvements were not observed after the end of the 2 weeks period.

Green tea is also known to lower LDL (bad cholesterol) levels. This combined with the caffein (energy boost and appetite suppressant) found in green tea makes it a great weight loss supplement.
 
You should. I really don't like the taste of the tea itself so I drink an mandarin-flavored one with some honey in it. The honey also raises testosterone levels because of the high boron concentration. Tastes like awesome ;)
 
i have been drinking 1.5-2liters green tea with honey, lemon juice, and 10-20g AAK aday for 2-3weeks now..
and woow.. my mood is amazing, i can not get mad at all.. its wierd.. im so calm all the time ..
even now when im sick.. its not that bad.. its just ilness you know?.. before i was a cry baby when i got sick..
 
The mood thing: That would be the serotonine. It's a chemical thats released in the body due to the teas caffeine. Awesome, right? It's like a healthy happy-pill!
 
Yeah, some people dont like the taste of green tea. If you mix half black tea half sweetened lemonaide you might nut your pants.

not correct..

my tea is ofcouse caffeine free.. caffeine is a flaccid killer..

Dunno why it happens, i just glad that i do :)

I live on coffee...I wonder how big my flaccid would be if I quit the coffee>?
 
I like green tea. It's good to have aroung when you have a cold. It's even better if you can find it in different flavors. Chinese Oolong tea is also good.
 
Exactly, I don't know why anyone is still drinking green tea with White tea around. White tea has all of the good things that green tea has but in more abundance and in my opinion tastes a million times better.

I will have to check it out, never have heard of white tea
 
It does sound great although i am not a fan of the taste, teas in general do seem to good for you.

In regards to the reducing weight, that is not due to the chemical makeup but because liquid makes you feel full.

I would also encourage you all to eat from the onion/garlic family as that is a true wonderfood.

I totally agree concerning onion and garlic. I also add tumeric and ginger to it. I have been consuming these almost daily now.
 
Is there a prescription or how do you go about taking it?

For the unfiltered (raw) apple cider vinegar, I use 1.5 tablespoons per a full 24 oz glass of water to remain hydrated. I add either honey, agave, or maple syrup for sweetness during hot days, with a pinch of salt for electrolytes. However, I drink it slightly sour as is with warm or chilled water, based on the weather.

I drink once in the morning, around an hour before early lunch (11AM), and again at night (around 5PM, an hour before dinner). Don't eat after 8PM to initiate your 16 hours intermittent fasting to boost cellular and metabolic activities.
