Hi!!rofl I have question; do you guys think that AFTER my routine which takes at about one hour sometimes one hour and half I could be doing small routine throughout the day. I mean, once in a while whenever I have privacy ,such as 5 minutes jelq then after an hour or two 5 minutes stretch,then 3 hour later 10 minutes jelq and so on... Can I gain with that or I'm overtraining if do "extra small" routines like these.Thanks a lot !!!rofl
