Girth, what size fits?

Ok, so when it comes to condom size and girth what do you guys wear/ suggest. Do you go by your midshaft or base when you decide on your size. I have been working girth and am close to hitting 5 3/4 midshaft and my base I would say is btw 6-61/4 (not really following my base girth atm.) I am about to move out of the country and want to stock up on condoms due to the "lack in size" they are where I am heading. I am thinking of grabbing magnums even though my length is only about 6 1/2 NBPenis EnlargementL. What are your guys thoughts.

im in europe, and they only sell durex...all normal sizes. Im frustrated; ive had them break once in a while too (and im not fucking them up when putting them on)
im 8x6.75 and they're usually difficult to even get over the the head.
I guess its off to the internet to get some better sizes sent over.
